Great location, clean & comfortable. aircon that works.

Great location close to the sea front & a short walk to the old town. Air con here was the best of our Italy tour. Modern decor & quiet at night so slept well. Was good to have a fridge for cool drinks. Clean & comfortable. Dining table & sofa available too. Washing machine is great. Take your own washing powder though.

Not stocked. Take anything you need. Just 2 glasses & 2 plates provided. We Don’t expect much- but maybe some instant coffee, 4 tea bags & hand soap in the kitchen. So We didn’t use the kitchen. The stairs are difficult. They Look fabulous, but too Sharp & high. I fell down the last one & chipped my elbow. Had a mighty bruise. Glad it wasn’t from the top stair! Keep to the main streets at night.

Great location despite the area you walk past to get to it great for four people teens to forties.

Love the cleanliness of the place. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the tiling superb.

The stairs to the loft space were a little dangerous and the main stairs were quite scary. Not for young children. Other guests mentioned about the toilet seat being broken and it was broken on our stay also. The drilling up until 11:30pm was terrible. Funny smell in the main area but I think that was as we had the windows open and it was coming from the building work. Not a great view out of the back bedroom and damp on the walls in that room. You don't get internet in the main bedroom.

Ottimo appartamento

Cortesia al massimo, proprietario molto disponibile, il posto è centralissimo per qualsiasi tipo di visita si voglia fare, peccato aver scoperto tardi la metropolitana perchè è comodissima per gli spostamenti

Un pò scomode le scale molto ripide del appartamento soprattutto per il cane che è dovuto restare al piano rialzato dove c'è la prima camera perchè le altre scale non riusciva a farle, il vicolo esterno della casa dove ubriaconi e drogati venivano a " divertirsi" ogni tanto.

Prima plek, goede voorzieningen, zachte bedden

Mooi appartement, goede badkamer, airco was fijn. In karakteristiek straatje van genua, in het centrum, maar wel rustig, zeker als je geen ramen open had (wat kan, want airco). Wel wat donker, maar dat kan niet anders in de smalle straten van de oude stad.

Tja, de bedden. Ik heb het vaker in Italië gemerkt: de bedden zijn zacht. Je hebt op zich veel keus aan bedden, maar ze waren allemaal net wat te zacht voor ons. En slapen is toch best belangrijk.

posizione centrale con appartamento moderno

l'appartamento è molto carino, è ampio e dotato di molte stanze. E' arredato con gusto e dotato dei confort giusti. Buona dotazione di asciugamani ed elettrodomestici. Proprietà disponibile e cordiale

da considerare che l'appartamento si sviluppa in altezza e su 4 livelli (ingresso, mezzanino con 1 stanza letto e bagno, 1° piano con cucina, 2° stanza letto e soggiorno\pranzo, soppalco con ulteriore letto); la scala interna è davvero stretta e ripida e priva di parapetto su un lato. il bagno è ubicato al livello della stanza di sotto il che è relativamente scomodo per chi soggiorna sopra. Di notte purtroppo alcuni schiamazzi non hanno consentito un'ottima dormita. L'accesso dal vicolo se di sera tardi non dà una percezione di sicurezza

Nel complesso tutto bene, la casa è’ adatta a 6 persone non 8! Impossibile dormire sul divano letto. Scale troppo ripid
