Disappointing

The apartment is in a good location.

The description and pictures did not reflect the current status of the apartment. Guests have access to a suite, which includes bed and bathroom. The kitchen is unusable, smaller than the size of a laundry machine. Kitchen utensils were dirty. I could not use the kitchen and had to dine outside, which wasn’t the plan. The room was way tinier than 35m2.

Excellent facilities in a modern, very spacious and well equipped holiday apartment.

Excellent décor and very spacious and modern facilities in this large holiday apartment, plus we appreciated the numerous items left in the fridge and on the table for us. Tea, coffee pods with coffee machine, jams, yoghurts, fruit juices, numerous water bottles, biscuits, microwave, oven, hob, etc. We were surprised how high the ceilings were in the living room/stroke bedroom and loved the painted ceiling.

To enter the apartment building you had to find your mobile and call a phone number, which opened the entrance door. I was daunted by how you gain entry to the building as was confused about what would happen when you used your mobile. It seemed to automatically unlock the main entrance door, so easy when you knew that information. Entry is more complicated by UK mobiles not including EU roaming in their packages.

amazing experience

the apartment was awesome. great facilities, very artsy and chic. we had coffee/tea and stuff for breakfast, even water in the fridge, which we appreciated when getting in with our luggage. the rooms and everything look wow, we were all amazed. we will reebok when visiting Genova again.

Superb

Very interesting design and decoration, a grand old building too with lovely high ceilings. It has all the facilities you could need, in a huge space and is close enough the the city centre. Surprisingly excellent shower, very comfy memory foam mattress and air conditioning too. The host was very communicative and helpful too, would recommend!

Bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. Bar opposite closed, even though it said it was open until 8pm 🙄 so a 10-15 walk to eat/drink...

Nice apartment but not clean

Central location and the building is really nice. Cool apartment with good equipped kitchen.

The bed/bedroom is on it’s own half floor wirhout any windows or AC. Ist was really warm up there and the air quality was poor. Imossiple to sleep up there. The apartment was also not clean at all. The first thing we did was to sweep since there was dust and (animal?) hairs everywhere. That really ruined the experience for us.

Nicely decorated room. Comfortable bed, some breakfast food and water/juice/yoghurt in thw fridge. Everything was clean. Very well equipped room and comfortable bathroom. Would recommend absolutely.

Apartment was very pleasing to the eye. Great location. Good facilities.

I loved the aesthetic of the building, even before you enter the apartment the building is super impressive. We had all the facilities we needed, the kitchen was small but had all we needed. Bare in mind there isn’t an extractor fan so we had to open the bathroom window. The air conditioning worked a treat. Most importantly the location was superb being only a ten minute walk from the city centre.

We were slightly disappointed there was no laundry machine in the room, as we assumed there would be.

A real privilege to stay in a grand apartment in a city of historical cultural heritage.

Loved exploring that part of Genoa with its narrow streets and breathtaking historic architecture. Absolutely loved the interior of the entrance to the apartment with its high ceilings and grandeur. Once inside the apartment, the interior design was spectacular - a real feast for the eyes.

Agevole ma trascurato nei dettagli

La posizione, l’host si è attivato alle nostre segnalazioni e ha mandato una persona a sistemare un poco la porta alla quale occorrerebbe cambiare o aggiungere un altro serratura. Ci ha omaggiato di panettone e spumante. Hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani dopo 2 giorni.

Il letto che scricchiolava ad ogni movimento, il rumore della strada, la porta d’ingresso all’appartamento che si poteva aprire con un minimo sforzo, la serratura era forzata e poco sicura, l’armadio aveva una maniglia pendolante senza una vite, anche nel mobile libreria con sportelli sottostanti, uno sportello era senza cardini e poteva cadere, la mantovana della grande tenda rossa in camera era colma di polvere, servirebbe un po’ di manutenzione.

Molta estetica con un po' di sostanza da migliorare

Self check in con orari molto flessibili e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sul soppalco della hall (incustoditi). L'appartamento è potenzialmente valido per un soggiorno lungo perché fornito di bagno privato, divano, mini cucina, tavolo e un grande armadio. Appena fuori dalle zone centrali ma perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi in 10/15 minuti per un soggiorno più silenzioso e tranquillo.

A prima vista si è sicuramente catturati dagli arredi e dagli affreschi, ma la doccia (apparentemente tecnologica) aveva l'acqua quasi fredda (non si riusciva ad alzare la temperatura), non un davanzale per poggiare i saponi che hanno reso il tutto poco gradevole. Le due finestre che davano sull'esterno non si potevano aprire del tutto perché sbattevano sul bastone della tenda, la quale era anche parzialmente staccata. L'assenza di comodini e Abat-Jour si fa sentire (soprattutto perché ce ne sarebbe lo spazio).

Parfait pour moi

L’appartement se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la gare, ce qui est idéal pour les visites. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement typiquement italien, bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute. C’était ma première expérience en location d’appartement, car je séjourne habituellement à l’hôtel, et je la renouvellerai sans hésiter : j’y ai trouvé de nombreux avantages.

Bien sûr, séjourner en plein centre-ville, c’est aussi accepter un peu de bruit de circulation !

Affascinante abitazione d’epoca nel cuore della Genova più elegante

Ottima posizione molto comodo per Teatro Politeama, Teatro Carlo Felice, Palazzo Ducale. Palazzo d’epoca con soffitti affrescati, il b&b è nuovo e molto elegante e curato. Pulitissimo e ben attrezzato, a disposizione degli ospiti anche il necessario per una piccola prima colazione ed acqua fresca in frigo.

Solo due avvertenze pratiche per chi dovesse soggiornare qui. La struttura dispone di un posto auto in cortile ma è stretto e l’accesso può essere difficoltoso se si ha un’auto molto lunga. Il nostro appartamento aveva la camera da letto su un soppalco, molto bella ma la scala a chiocciola per accedervi era molto stretta, una persona anziana o con problemi di mobilità avrebbe fatto molta fatica ad utilizzarla.

Was für uns ausreichend, hätte besser sein können.

Das Ambiente war toll. Allein das Treppenhaus und der Lift waren sehenswert. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und der Kühlschrank war mit Erfrischungsgetränken gefüllt.

Das Appartement ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der große Vorhang war völlig verstaubt. Die Stühle hatten wacklige Beine. Eine Info darüber was es in der Nähe gibt (Restaurants, Sehenswertes,...) wäre toll gewesen.

Tutto perfetto. Camera spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli. Letto davvero comodo! Che magia questo posto. Barbara è gentile e disponibile, credo proprio che finalmente dopo anni di hotel e camere a Genova ho trovato il posto ideale per noi.
