Excellent location, but low level of comfort and the property refuses to issue any receipt

The apartment is well located, and the hosts are very welcoming — they even store your luggage while you explore the city on your last day before departure. Pros: great location; attentive hosts; well-equipped kitchen; decent-sized space.

Cons: the double bed is terrible — the mattress is full of dips and very thin, and we came back with back pain; the indoor temperature is pre-set and stays basically the same all day, which is inconvenient for me since I prefer it cooler at night and warmer during the day, and it also makes the bathroom colder than the bedroom; the sound insulation is awful — we could hear every conversation from the street, and the building’s front door slams very loudly; finally, the internet connection was poor — my wife and I work remotely, and our meetings kept disconnecting every few minutes. The property refuses to issue any receipt for the stay, even after multiple requests.

Great owner, good acomodation in the Genoa centre

We didn't stay in this apartment as the owner had problems with some repairs and they proposed us to take another apartment but the accommodation was similar to what we had expected. The owner was of great help. We used their parking slot in a private yard. Really close to all local attractions, restaurants and the aquarium.

The location was excellent. Everything was nearby and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

A little bit loud at night, since the building is directly on the street, but it is not a problem of the apartment, but Genova as a town has that kind of infrastructure.

Locantion is brilliant. Customer approach from landlord - very good. Good building, nice apartment. Very good for family with kids. It was pleasure to communicate with Mr. Roberto, landloard of the appartment. Really very nice person. I would choose this apartment again if visit Genoa again.

In fact, there were two problems for us - 1. power failures - it knocked out when we turned on electrically intensive appliances, which is why we refused to use the washer and washing machine in difficult modes. The owner of the apartment knows about the problem and, as I understand it, it has either been eliminated, or in the process. 2. Cockroaches. From time to time in the morning we found large cockroaches in the rooms and in the kitchen. I believe landlor is fixing this problems or already fixed them.

Exceptional location. Close to train station, markets, supermarkets, shopping area, good restaurants and good cafes. Spacious two bedrrooms apartment with washing machine, dish washer and almost everything you need. Although circuit breaker tripped sometimes, I wouldn't complain. As it was such a great value for money.

Fry pan had scratches on coating. Not safe to use.

We really loved this apartment in Genova. The owners were helpful both before our stay and during our arrival. The apartment was new, clean and super comfortable. We were all really happy. It is a few short steps from Brignole Station which for us was perfect. Would absolutely reccomend.

The only thing was the coffee pod machine didn't seem to be working and we really needed coffee in the mornings.

it was but too noisy at night as the windows opened into the street. also mosquitoes got in as there were no mosquito nest installed on the windows.

Superb

The place is one of the most interesting we have visited. There is plenty of information for what to see and how to get around the city. The place is few steps away from bars and shops. Also the station is less than 5 mins away.

While not a big deal, the toiletries were a bit lacking (there is a washing machine but no washing powder or shampoo and shower gel to last one or two times only)

Exceptional

The location was very centrally located for walking to many of the sights, restaurants, cafes, etc. It was maybe a 5-10 min walk to the train station from the apartment. We drove (a large vehicle) to the apartment and the owner provided us with a covered parking space directly next to the building for much less money than other places we looked at. The wifi was acceptable enough for me to do school work without any internet issues, and inside the apartment is a beautiful desk, depicted in the pictures. There is a McDonald's 2 min walk from the apartment as well for any picky eaters. The air conditioner in the rooms was absolutely amazing!

I needed measuring cups to cook and there were none in the apartment. There was a good selection of pots, but there were no lids. I feel that those are some inexpensive must-haves.

La ubicación cerca de la estación y la comunicación fluida. Está equipado para salir del paso un par de días.

Hay una habitación que aparece en las fotos pero no existe. El piso entero necesita una actualización, principalmente el salón. Hay mucha humedad. Los colchones son un infierno y la limpieza muy mejorable. Un rollo de papel higienico y una bolsa de basura para tres noches, tuvimos que comprar de todo. La WiFi funciona a veces. El check out a las 10 es un despropósito.

Appartement très bien situé et propre mais la literie est catastrophique

Très bonne situation et l'appartement était propre.

Peut-etre sommes nous mal tombés mais je regrette le manque de communication avec le personnel. Aucune réponse quant au parking malgré plusieurs messages transmis pour réserver une place comme c'était demandé. Résultat, parking dans la ville pour plus de 20 euros par jour. Ensuite, pas d' étendoir pour le linge pendant 2 jours alors que je l'ai demandé le 1er jour. Résultat, du linge qui séchait sur les chaises et le porte manteau... Pour finir, le manque d'équipement dans la cuisine.
