A lovely place to stay

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The host was very thoughtful and had some water ready for in the fridge with some snacks which were so handy as we arrived at night. The apartment is great, clean and cosy with nice design. The location is good too, quite close to the centre but not you might need to take a bus to the beach or the old part of town but the balance of the quality of accommodation and price is worth it. There are a number of places to eat and drink nearby. Local italian pizza place is just across the street, with amazing food and great value. The transport system is very well developed so it’s easy to travel around and also have long walks if you prefer. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

Superb

Quiet and spacious location only a short walk or bus ride from Brignole station which is great for taking a day trip out of town on the regional trains. Local market hall 2 minutes' walk away which has a wide selection of vegetables - we enjoyed recreating the local fresh pasta dishes in the kitchen, which has a great gas stovetop! Another bonus was the washing machine which means having to pack less clothes and having more space to bring back local food :) The apartment also had an excellent thermostat making it possible to heat and cool the apartment as needed, making it very comfortable. We also enjoyed meeting the host who had useful tips about day trips in the area. Tip: download the AMT app for buying bus and train tickets including for the Volubus from the airport.

Beautiful, cosy apartment!!

Wow what a beautiful apartment! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by this lovely smell! It’s beautifully decorated and a lovely and cosy. It has lots of lovely extra touches to make your stay that little bit more memorable. It’s a short walk to the metro, and close to shops and restaurants! The host was wonderful she had fantastic communication from start to finish! We would love to revisit Genoa and we would stay here again for sure! Thank you for a lovely stay!

If you aren’t very mobile or not very fit the apartment is up some steep steps.

It was a wonderful base to explore the wonderful city of Genoa.

It felt like a real home from home. Everything we needed was there. Loved the table football game. It was very spacious and comfortable.

A good and free parking area nearby. Metro and Lidl was walking distance from apartment. Guiet and spacious apartment. Hostess answered quickly for every questions.

Exceptional

Host is very kind and communicative, explained us in a concise way all the details before the arrival, how to pick up the keys and where to park (parking at an affordable cost is available nearby) etc. Apartment is nicely decorated and furnished with lots of amenities - table football, drinks and snacks to purchase, the bathroom has been recently renovated and overall it is very clean. The apartment is located nearby the Luigi Ferraris stadium so a good location for football fans as well. ;)

Bell'appartamento

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Appartamento molto ampio, silenzioso, pulito e ben rifornito. I bambini hanno amato il calcetto disponibile per giocare. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile nelle vicinanze. Potrebbe essere un po' difficoltoso per chi ha problemi di deambulazione perché si trova al secondo piano e non è presente l'ascensore. Per il resto è consigliatissimo

Confortevole e caratteristico!

Appartamento molto ampio: la cucina è super attrezzata, il letto comodissimo e anche il bagno è dotato di tutti i comfort! Raggiungere il centro è stato semplicissimo con il bus 13. Una garanzia!

Visto che l'appartamento si trova in una caratteristica e suggestiva creuza, e nonostante l'host abbia mandato le foto dettagliate, suggerirei di mettere un'insegna più visibile all'inizio della scala.

Comodissimo il check in e check out in autonomia... ottimo il servizio di assistenza...camera larga e comoda anche per far giocare i bambini...bagno ampio e ottimi tutti i servizi ed elettrodomestici presenti...a pochi metri dal mercato e dalla fermata bus che porta in centro..

Avendo un passeggino (doppio) le uniche pecche sono state l'accesso al portone(tramite stradina stretta e con piccoli gradini) ed è stato scomodo salire le 2 rampe strette seppur con pochi gradini, per portarlo su...Consiglierei vivamente tende oscuranti alle finestre...

Prima kamer, maar moeizaam te bereiken lokatie met een parkeerprobleem.

Ontbijt? NIet gezien. Verder ruim apartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Wasmachine etc.

Het vinden van de lokatie viel mij erg tegen. Komende van de veerboot, in het donker gaf de TomTom (met de door de B&B verstrekte coordinaten) aan, dat ik er was. Met behulp van een behulpzame politieagent is het mij gelukt om de ingang van het B&B te bereiken. Daar aangekomen, moest ik een foto van het paspoort sturen om de toegangscode tot het sleutelkastje te krijgen. Dat lukte me niet, dus gebeld en jawel de behulpzame dame aan de andere kant gaf mij de toegangscode en na enige tevergeefse pogingen mijnerzijds om het kastje te openen ook een instructievideo. Maar dan is het al laat en na het vinden van een parkeerplek en het twee steile trappen opsjouwen van mijn bagage zei ik met een zucht: I call it a day!

Superbe expérience dans un lieu confortable et reposant.

Très bel appartement vaste et bien équipé confortable et climatisé. Lieu calme dans un quartier populaire chaleureux. Métro à 10 min de marche centre ville historique à 25 min. Hôtes prévenants réactifs et comprehensifs. Super expérience.

Attention 2eme sans ascenseur mais pour nous pas de soucis. Stationnement qui peut être complexe mais les hôtes vous guident.
