The apartment was in a very good spot, in the center of the city, everything was near by. Big apartment with all the conformities. The owner was very friendly and helpful, anything we want she was there for us. Definitely we will come back.

Amazing Art Deco appartment in the authentic tower building great central location

Host mislead me saying that paid parking nearby is 12 euro a night. I paid 80 euro for 32 hours. Use street parking that is indeed 12 euro per night

Posizione ottimale a due passi dal centro, cortesia del portiere e disponibilità dell'host sul senza glutine della colazione.

Premetto che la posizione è ottimale per chi vuole visitare Genova ma per il resto nulla andava bene. Tapparelle guaste, interruttore del bagno rotto (pericolosissimo), stanza singola senza cuscino e stanza matrimoniale senza televisore, assenza di una macchinetta del caffè (c'è una moka terribile), asciugamani con un cattivo odore e gli sgabelli della cucina non permettono di fare una colazione comoda. Inoltre la cosa più inaccettabile è la grandissima quantità di polvere (considerando anche la presenza della moquette) e l'unto in cucina.

Al centro di Genova in un palazzone

La posizione strategica

Nessuno del gruppo ama la moquette o i b&b e non ci ricordiamo neanche perché avevamo optato per questa soluzione. Fatta la premessa doverosa, specifico che gli arredi antichi hanno un loro fascino e la struttura ne ha molti, solo che sono poco funzionali e nella cucina diventano anche controproducenti… Pur avendo pagato la colazione abbiamo dovuto farla al bar/pasticceria per avere quel senso di accoglienza che la casa per i nostri gusti ha perso ormai da tempo. Scrivo solo della polvere sul lampadario che è la cosa che mi ha impedito di vivere il b&b appieno o della moka al posto di una macchinetta più moderna. In generale la casa era pulita ma non più di tanto quindi e personalmente mi mancava l’aria e ho dormito male. Le coperte e le lenzuola sembrano quelle della nonna, non oso pensare d’estate come facciano senza condizionatori perché c’era la porta finestra che dava sul balcone che era chiuso da un’altra finestra. L’addetta alla reception è stata gentilissima e super professionale.

La posizione è davvero ottima e l'appartamento è spaziosissimo, ben curato e dotato di tutto quello che serve

Quello che abbiamo trovato per la colazione era piuttosto scarso, niente zucchero e nessuna bottiglia d'acqua (se non una già aperta), siamo arrivate la sera e scoprirlo il mattino dopo non é stato x niente piacevole. La vasca naturalmente non ha idromassaggio ma...bene anche così
