Dont drive if you are staying at this apartment. needs some cleaning attention

The location was central enough to explore the old town.

The bed sheets were dirty, there were bugs on the beds! the apartment looks like it needed some attention in the details, shower tile grouts are mouldy and need professional clean and new grouts. As it is in the restricted zone you cannot drive there, have to park at nearby car park and carry loads of luggages up many flights of stairs, uphill to the apartment, with a family of 5, it was an absolutely nightmare.

9/10, for two 10/10, great place

good situation, the door of the building open to street by the canal. Windows not, but it was good, because no noise came in from restaurants, quiet place. Clean rooms, nothing to repair. Some bread, juice, water, coffee, tea, marmeladi etc was for us. Owner gave good advice, for example metro strike, how to come, where to find keys etc.

third bed was in the same room, where we ate. But it did't bothered much.

The apartment is very dark. The bathroom needs a general renovation, full of stone and fungus. The shower head almost does not let water through. The fridge is dirty inside. The rooms are OK

-1 star for no washing machine even though it is listed. Host did offer to pickup and clean laundry.

Pessima organizzazione

Posizione.

Gestione poco professionale e disorganizzata. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito le indicazioni per un altro loro alloggio; ce ne siamo accorti solo perché la stanza era sporca, altrimenti ci saremmo ritrovati la mattina con l’impresa di pulizie in camera. A mezzanotte ci hanno fatto cambiare appartamento, costringendoci a una “piacevole” passeggiata di 30 minuti con i bagagli. Per concludere, un host ci ha detto che ci avrebbe scontato per il disguido le tasse di soggiorno, mentre l'altro, la mattina successiva, ci ha inviato un messaggio chiedendoci i soldi. Esperienza deludente

Leider ein eher ungemütliches Appartement, nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Türschloss erfordert Geduld, da es ziemlich hakt. Duschen praktisch unmöglich, da Wasserdruck unzureichend und die Wassertemperatur sprunghaft alle paar Sekunden von brennheiß auf kalt und zurück wechselt. Die Arretierung der strassenseitigen Fensterläden ist disfunktional, löst sich bei Wind und dann schlagen die Fensterläden. Vor allem aber gehen die meisten Fenster in einen Lichthof, elektrisches Licht praktisch den ganzen Tag erforderlich, zumindest im Winter.

Un po’ troppa polvere e essendo allergici abbiamo sofferto un po’ .l acqua usciva o bollente o ghiacciata ed è stato impossibile fare la doccia alla bimba e essendo una zona a traffico limitato è stato davvero difficile poter portare le valige fino al Appartamento.abbiamo avuto problemi anche con il parcheggio xke non potevamo entrare avendo il porta pacchi e superando i due metri di altezza e questo ha reso il tt ancora più complicato x bagagli e bambina avendo dovuto parcheggiare parecchio lontano

Merkezi ve gezilecek yerlere çok yakın, konaklamanız için özellikle tavsiye ederim.

Araç ile geldik. Otoparka çok yakındı, şehir merkezine ve eski şehire de çok yakındı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Daire otantik ve sizi Genova'da hissettiriyor. :)

Ottima location per una puntata alla Genova Vecchia in Sestriere Molo

Ottima posizione e ottima organizzazione sebbene la struttura abbia gestito il nostro arrivo e partenza tutto in remoto, senza contatti diretti. Bravi !!

Solamente alcuni schiamazzi nei vicoli, durante la notte...ma ovviamente è la moneta da pagare per la posizione e non dipende dalla struttura in sé.

Está bien ubicado cerca del puerto y del centro. Estaba limpio y es amplio. Aunque es una casa antigua, está bien cuidada.

Hacía mucho calor y, aunque había 2 ventiladores, era insoportable. No hay aire acondicionado. Fuimos en coche y está en zona de tráfico restringido, y no me avisaron de que no fuésemos hasta allí con el coche aunque para bajar las maletas no teníamos otra opción. Tal. Vez nos llegue una multa. Pone que tiene aparcamiento y realmente el aparcamiento más cercano es público, de pago, y está a unos 7 minutos andando cuesta arriba.
