Great location and big enough for 3-4 people

The location is great (even though parking is challenging), the apartment is of very good size and full of interesting memorabilia

The apartment is very dark (not much natural light comes through). The beds aren’t very comfortable (a bit too hard)

Perfect location to eat it all!

This property is in the perfect location! Everything is a short walk away, down to the marina, up to the overlooks, and right outside the best faccacia.

The apartment has a funky style and a couple steps but it is on the first floor so not too hard to get in. It is dark inside as the alleyways block out the sun but the lighting is great.

The absolute perfect location. And the host, Tommi was extremely courteous and helpful. Always answered texts promptly

The bath sink drained slow and there was an electric outlet that needing a wiggle of the plug to get the light to work.

Nice stay in Genoa for groups

Nicely themed decorated apartment in the center of Genova! It was very clean and offered lots of room and space to stay as a bigger group. The host was very friendly and always available.

The location is excellently positioned, close to Porto Antico on a very lively street, shops, caffeshops , ice cream, jukeboxes with water and juices, etc. The apartment is located at the back of the building and we enjoyed the quietness throughout our stay, we had coffee and water, we received all the information from the host in time and we did not encounter any problems, everything was clean and ready to use. The apartment looks great, I took pictures of all the decorations :)) I will definitely choose the same location if I visit Genoa again.

The property was in an excellent location, the apartment was clean and well appointed and the hosts were great. We had a couple of minor changes with the number of guests they were very responsive and accommodating. It was a great option. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay for my family!

The place is clean, very cozy, and the room decor is beautifully chosen. The bathroom is spacious. There is air conditioning, and you can adjust the room temperature. The hosts are super friendly, always ready to instantly answer any question and help with any request. There were bottles of water in the fridge, as well as coffee and sugar ready for us. The beds were comfortable, and the snow-white bed linen was a nice touch. We slept very well. We spent two days in Genoa, and the apartment is just a 5-minute walk to many cafes and beautiful landmarks. Via 20 Settembre street is perfect for great shopping. We enjoyed the stunning views, churches, architecture, the aquarium, and excellent shopping for ourselves and our children. Thanks to Tom and Anna, we had such a wonderful time in Genoa! We highly recommend their apartment!

Amazing location. In the heart of the old town next to the antica port and the aquarium. The building is impressive as it’s in an old palace. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, perfect for a family!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Genoa old town near the port

Exceptional and unique apartment in a classical building on Via San Lorenzo with the magnificent cathedral just a few steps away. Incredible feeling to step out of the apartment and be right in the center of Genoa’s nonstop energy. The apartment itself is full of character and memorable, as well as clean and comfortable. Tommi is a very helpful host.

Parking stress is inevitable if staying in a pedestrian area but it can be well-managed here. Bags and passengers can be easily and peacefully unloaded without obstructing traffic within a few meters of the apartment by following Google Maps to Mercanzia parking. There are occasionally metered spaces here but alternatively a parking lot. If that lot is full follow signs to Porto Antico parking five minutes walk from the apartment.

Location is in the center. Walkable to everywhere. Apartment size is big. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are big and comfortable. Decoration style is lovely and interesting.

Stylish spacious flat in city centre, in a real palazzio

Very stylish flat in city centre, in a real palazzio with a magnificent staircase and vaulted ceiling. Easy self check-in, just a small set of steps to the flat (4 steps), spacious living room, lots of small decorative elements making it quite a unique place to stay. Our son enjoyed the Vespas!

wonderful location and nice apartement, very historical building, 5mins walk to the port and aquarium, a lot of restaurants,cafe here, it's not difficult to find that Tommi is a very lovely host from the room decoration, i strongly recommend it!

Spacious and well-located apartment makes for an easy stay in Genoa.

The central location made the morning walk through the old center of Genoa easy and pleasant. This was the best perk, we had to leave early in the morning, but we hit the primary highlights, including our favorite focacceria, all within 30 minutes walking. The Vespa theme throughout the property was a pleasant touch and apartment was spacious and well put-together. We had an easy time cooking our own dinner with the available tools in the kitchen.

The most challenging aspect of the location that parking can be challenging to find right near the apartment. We had to park in the large parking garage on the old port and then walk 10 minutes back to the property. The house was a little cool in November, especially the front room but the other bedrooms were fine.

Our stay was linked to the Genoa Boat Show - the location was ideal because of the access to the sho

our offer was without breakfast - there was capsule coffee and a coffee machine. For longer stays it might be good to have a washing machine and dishwasher - but not a requirement. Location and service more than 5 - we were given all the information about the area and the city right away. Also about the restaurants, their offerings and prices. We were not in Genoa for the first time but for someone who is here for the first time - these comments are invaluable - we rate them very highly

There was no such thing - everything was of the highest standard - We have no comments :-) Clean, spacious, comfortable. Ideal location by Porto Antico, 20 m from the metro and bus. For our part, we recommend both a short stay and a longer holiday. Photos as per description.

Really nice apartment right in the middle of the historical center. It was just as good as the mice pictures showed. Tommy was very accessible and helpful (for example when we locked ourselves out by closing the door with the keys left inside he helped us directly). So I can really recommend this place!
