Nunziata Apartment

The location on this one was awesome and church that you can see in the photos was one of the most spectacular churches I've ever been inside. Just wow. The wow was carried even inside of the building, in the lobby. It was a very imposing look. The staff was helpful given that we arrived by car and had to use the parking garage that had a car lift and had to be operated by someone. The street to get to the garage is kinda narrow, though.. We were not bothered by the old style furniture as it was clear that it suited the apartment very well. However some of the door handles were loose on some of the doors and It might even be dangerous if kids are involved. Some of the handles might fall and trap some child inside a room. Hot water was available, but the water pressure was lacking. The apartment was clean, but not spotless. Maybe the old style didn't help with the perceived level of cleanliness.

The architecture of the building and the room. The view from the window. The location. Private parking around the corner. Authentic noise from the window until 2 a.m. A room that smells of antiquity. The furniture is at least a couple of decades old. Everything you'd expect in the historic center of Genoa.

A glass door at the entrance to the building is completely out of place.

Location was perfect, very large apt in a beautiful historic building, easy communication with property management- highly recomend

Located on a busy roundabout which can get loud

The location is great. Close to old town and coffe shop next door. The gentleman staff helped me with luggage.

There are no instruction manual what to do The appartment was not well equipped. Shower drain bad. No Microwave, no instructions for anything like the oven, no paper towel, for a five day stay I missed more decent glasses. Had a noise incident, reported it, asked for one night refund. They said I should have called them at 1:10 am !!
