Perfect Stay in Genova

We liked the privacy away from the crowd. Very close to the station since we had trains to catch early in the morning. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — quick to answer messages and made everything easy for us!

The access with long stairs is inconvenient especially is you have luggage. No AC in the rooms. Fans can subtitute.

A nice appartment but not as described.

Very spacious, especially the kitchen/dining area. Close to the rail station and all facilities.

No fan when we arrived; also no microwave, bathrobes or toaster, as were advertised. One of the small beds collapsed when I lay on it as a part was missing from it! Also no hot water when we arrived and had to wait for a workman to come and fix this! Also a very steep climb up steps to arrive at the property - if you have a lot of luggage could be tricky making it to the door.

No air-con. Would be perfect if had aircon. Also, we didn’t realise when booking you have to climb 5 sets of stairs to get to the front door, we were fine with this but a little difficult to get luggage/shopping up. Didn’t put us off though - we loved it!

Perfect place for Liguria adventures

Well, there are a lot of pros. The apartment is very close to the railway station and to the very unique "funicolare" that moves in both vertical and horizontal direction. Very spacious even for two families (2+1). There are also two bathrooms and a garden to rest after busy day. The owners are very responsible and helpful (although we haven't seen them :))

It's not recommended for older people and handicapped because there are numbers of stairs. The only con we have noticed that the flat is quite cold inside. But - when there is hot outside, it might be an advantage. Everything but this was more than five.

Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione, perfetto per chi vuole visitare Genova Porto Antico, Acquario e Palazzo Reale.

Purtroppo la lavastoviglie non funzionava e non era presente il forno microonde. Il divano letto in salotto sarebbe da cambiare.

L'emplacement idéal pas trop loin du centre et surtout de la gare La gentillesse de l'hôte qui nous a accordé de garder les valises le dernier jour

Bellissimo soggiorno Genovese

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe, dal centro e dall acquario. Zona tranquilla, casa spaziosa e ben arredata.

Per la colazione c'erano solo le cialde di caffè Nespresso (comunque molto buono), ma niente da mangiare.

Очень чистый просторный аппартамент, приветливые хозяева. В целом нам понравилось.

Несмотря на то что в целом нам понравилось, есть все же довольно серьезные и удивительные недостатки, потому что не так уж трудно их исправить, а неудобств от них много. 1. Одна из электрических розеток рядом с диваном в гостиной была вывалившейся из стены. Мы были с детьми и это было опасно. Хорошо заметили и закрыли. 2. Мы не нашли микроволновку. 3. Посудомоечная машина была сломана. 4. Нет бокалов для вина - это странно. Это конечно мелочь по сравнению с остальным, но удивительно: мы в Италии или на аравийском полуострове? :) Довольно длинная лестница на подходе к апартаменту - это было очень неудобно учитывая что мы были с коляской, но тут уж ничего не исправишь...

Все очень и очень чисто. Редко ,когда можно встретить такую чистоту, особенно в мелочах. Белья и полотенец много, банных принадлежностей тоже.Местоположение отличное

До апартаментов нужно подняться много ступеней.,местность находится высоко,как во многих местах Генуи .С чемоданом и больной ногой очень трудно(((

Consigliato per gruppi di amici o famiglie

L'host è super disponibile e raggiungibile al telefono. Abbiamo concordato l'orario esatto di arrivo al telefono ed era lì. L'appartamento si raggiunge alla cima di una scalinata ma ne vale la pena perchè non solo ha un grande cortile interno ma l'appartamento stesso è grande ... avere due bagni quando si viaggia in gruppo è un vero lusso. La posizione vicino alla stazione o ai parcheggi poi comodissima e la zona è comunque silenziosa di notte. Rispetto a tanti hotel della città con stanze minuscole molto molto meglio un appartamento così veramente.

E' andato tutto bene.
