About this apartment rental

Bright apartment located in the historic center of Genoa, on the fourth floor of the Palazzo Cambiaso, a historic residence of the thirteenth century. Within walking distance you will find all the major tourist attractions in the area (Aquarium, Old Port, Museum of the Sea).
It consists of two double bedrooms (air conditioning and heating) and a large kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with a wide selection of tea and herbal teas, a washing machine and a dishwasher. This includes bed linen and towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Mid-week cleaning service included. TV and free wi-fi.
Complete the accommodation a beautiful omnicomfort terrace (shaded table with 6 chairs, barbecue, chaises longues and umbrella) with stunning views of the Lanterna.

Old Genoa apartment is a fantastic place to stay, located in the UNESCO Listed Old Town, it's close to everything, except the new town. Walk to the train, the harbour, cafes & restaurants, funiculars pretty much anywhere of note that you'd like to go. There are 2 flights of stairs though which aren't mentioned, we are in our 60's and had 2 x 25kg cases to lift but managed it. The rooftop verandah is absolutely fabulous for breakfast, dinner, any time really, though the stairs are narrow and creaky. All in all, fantastic apartment and Sonia is an absolute treat to deal with, nothing is too hard and she supplies all the necessities. LOVE IT!

What a wonderful apartment. The location was absolutely stellar, just minutes to everything in town including parking if you are driving. Sonia is a gracious host and spent time explaining where everything was in the apartment and recommending food during our visit. We loved waking up each morning and sipping our coffee on the upstairs patio - so spacious, and what a view! Looking forward to a return visit in the future - thank you, Sonia!

Der Kontakt mit Sonia war überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz unserer staubedingt sehr späten Anreise hat sie sich gekümmert, dass wir dennoch einchecken konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die riesige Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Bei unserer Ankunft Freitags spät Abends war die Umgebung gerade für Kinder etwas beunruhigend, da doch ein wenig zwielichtige Gestalten in der Straße unterwegs waren. Insgesamt, gerade am Tag, zeigte sich dann aber ein anderes Bild. Die Lage direkt zwischen Hafen und Genuas Altstadt ist zum Ausgehen, für Ausflüge, Stadterkundungen usw. super. Trotz der Lautstärke in der belebten Umgebung ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, sodass man vom Lärm der Straße normalerweise nicht viel mitbekommt. Der Aufzug ist jedoch, wenn man mit der Familie reist und viel Gepäck hat, leider sehr klein. Insgesamt ist es aber dennoch eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage und einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, Sonia!

Fantastic apartment with stunning rooftop terrace overviewing the Harbour. Located very well in the old centre close to all major attractions and very good restaurants. Very cosy and individual rooms and kitchen that make you feel at home. We loved our stay and would certainly like to come back!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment hat eine großartige Lage, alles (Metro, Einkaufen, Shopping, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten) ist in unter 5 Minuten erlaufbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Das Haus und das Appartment waren supersauber, die Aufteilung ist toll, die Zimmer groß und hell, die Ausstattung schick und praktisch. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben. Es gibt sogar einen Fahrstuhl!!!! Das besondere Highlight ist natürlich die megagroße Terrasse mit dem super Ausblick. Ich möchte diese Unterkunft (und das habe ich bisher echt selten gemacht) uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wir haben es wirklich genossen!! Achso. Check in und Kontakt waren auch sehr einfach und professionell und auch freundlich! Ich komme gern wieder.
