We needed to stay near the station for one night and were content that this was a budget option but it far exceeded expectations. Comfortable, clean, and they had left water/ soft drinks/ snacks/ coffee too. We arrived at 9pm and left at 7am so a short stay but it was just what we needed and was great. Thank you!!

Appartamento nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort, macchinetta del caffè, aria condizionata, asciugamani per ogni ospite. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo facendoci trovare acqua, thè e cola in frigo, biscotti e brioches per la colazione e cialde per il caffè. Inoltre l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di lasciare l'appartamento anche un pochino dopo l'ora prevista per il check out.
La posizione, essendo a due passi dalla stazione Principe, non è favolosa. Ottimo per soggiorni brevi come nel nostro caso, non farei vacanze più lunghe perchè non è una bellissima zona di Genova.

Appartamento grande, ben arredato e fornito di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. Tutti gli spazi erano puliti e luminosi. All’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare acqua,bibite e merende a nostra disposizione. Lo Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale.
Non necessariamente è un problema, ma ospita tante persone con un solo bagno.
