Dopo le 20 di sera il viale é invaso da spacciatori.
Manca l'aria condizionata, ma i 3 ventilatore hanno smosso un po di aria 36°C.

La struttura è in una posizione ottima per visitare il porto di Genova e il centro cittadino, vicina anche alla stazione e alla metro. Inoltre si trova in un palazzo storico molto affascinante
Il palazzo, seppure in origine di grande pregio, è piuttosto degradato, come lo è anche la zona. Inoltre seppure l’appartamento deve essere stato in origine molto bello, è stato diviso per ricavarne due alloggi, pregiudicando così gli spazi vitali e la comodità dei passaggi. Inoltre entrando dalla porta principale, prima di accedere al l’appartamento vero e proprio, si sente una sgradevole puzza di muffa e un’aria soffocante che per fortuna nella casa non è presente.

Soggiorno perfetto! I punti forti sono sicuramente la comodità dei servizi principali sotto casa e la vicinanza strategica alle attrazioni più importanti di Genova. MArco è stato un ottimo gestore e l'appartamento, oltre ad avere TUTTO era estremamente pulito.
Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Excellent emplacement, spacieux, facile d’accès, bien équipé.
La rue en dessous est assez bruyante le soir tombé. Pas dérangeant si on prend ses dispositions en avance (machine à bruit blanc, protections auditives, etc).
