Good, clean and central location

The location is great and the apartment was nice and clean.

The views out the windows wasn’t the greatest and the curtains/blinds didn’t do a good job keeping the light out.

Very good

The apartment looked absolutely gorgeous and just the same as depicted in the photos. It was located in the middle of Genova so you could really enjoy the culture. Most of the apartment was really clean and hygienic.

I think the facilities for 2 people for a stay of one week were mediocre. Only 1 piece of cleaning products, 2 rolls of toilet paper and only one set of towels for each person is few in my opinion. Also the apartment was veryyy noisy which I think should’ve been mentioned because at times it was very hard to fall asleep because of this.

Location was close to the harbour, although drug dealers was standing right outside the front door, which wasn’t nice when coming home at night.

Was very loud at night until around 2am, and drug dealers by front the door.

Superb

Very nice apartment, seems like just renovated. Stylish, lots of space inside, very big bathroom with huge shower. Everything super clean and modern. In the kitchen you have all you need in case you want to cook yourself. There is also a coffee machine, a boiler for tea, a dishwasher etc. We did not spend much time inside but actually you could - there is a nice living room with TV and a big couch, big bed separately from the living room, enough place to put your things, big windows and air conditioning. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep so not suitable for children and people with limited mobility. Located right in the middle of the old city, very curious to walk around. There is a little supermarket and places for breakfast right in front of it. Be aware that you cannot drive in this area, so you should think in advance where to leave your car (if you have it). We put our car inside the paid parking and then walked. It is also close to the port, to tourist information center and other things that are important to tourists.

Apartment was perfect, I loved everything. A small minus for me was that check in is done in person by one of the employees. For that you have to agree in advance with them (via phone), you also need to know your exact time of arrival (which is hard to predict sometimes). I prefer places where a key can be picked up from a lock box with the password for example. Anyhow the person who met us was super nice and helpful, so no complain about that.

Vicinanza al porto e alla stazione . I miei figli se ne sono innamorati perché l’ambiente sopra e sotto sono molto carini

Per fare la differenziata complicato non spiegano come smaltire l’immondizia e non ti forniscono i sacchetti. Phan non funzionante

Non ci tornerò mai più

La posizione ottima in centro, ma conveniente solo di giorno. Orribile di sera, perché stracolma di uomini di varie etnie ubriachi e drogati e di donne che si prostituiscono non soltanto di sera ma anche di giorno. I vicoletti puzzano delle urine di questi uomini che fanno le loro cose incuranti di altre persone soprattutto dei bambini.

- L’ascensore è vecchio e ci siamo bloccati - Il divano letto dei bambini non era fatto e poi la sera quando lo abbiamo aperto abbiamo trovato la sorpresa: una sbarra d’acciaio bloccava l’apertura. Abbiamo chiamato alle 23 il contatto di riferimento che non ha risposto perché dormiva. Ma io penso che in questi casi la persona deve essere sempre reperibile. Comunque la tarda ora, la poca illuminazione dell’appartamento e la stanchezza del viaggio non ci hanno permesso di risolvere il problema in quel momento e quindi morale della favola, io e mio marito abbiamo dormito seduti sul divano e i bimbi nel nostro letto. Poi la mattina seguente ci siamo risolti il problema da soli. - I cuscini erano orribili. - L’appartamento non era spolverato bene. Il dito di polvere era evidente. - Le lenzuola erano macchiate. - Il fono fisso nel bagno era rotto e dalle 16,30 di venerdì (giorno dell’arrivo) che l’abbiamo comunicato sempre al contatto, è stato sostituito con quello portatile la mattina seguente alle 10,30 dopo varie sollecitazioni. - Difficoltà nostra nel non saper passare dal soffione fisso della doccia a quello mobile e dopo aver chiesto istruzioni al contatto, ci è stato risposto che non sapeva come aiutarci ed essendo sabato mattina non avevano tecnici a cui rivolgersi. Alla fine mio marito ci è riuscito da solo. Comunque io credo che il contatto di una struttura debba conoscere queste informazioni per fornire un servizio decente. - Nell’appartamento manca un mini stendino per chi volesse stendere un asciugamano da dover riutilizzare o qualsiasi altra cosa. - Manca anche il bastone per lavare a terra che una persona userebbe qualora cadesse dell’acqua o quando si esce dalla doccia e si bagna a terra. - Il digicode sul portone era vecchiotto e a stento si leggevano i numeri e di sera era un tormento, anche perché avevamo l’ansia di tutti quei tipi sospetti che popolano i vicoli.
