La posizione era centralissima, pieno centro storico.

Che la sera non era piacevole girare per le strade.

L'appartamento era pulito e fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Ideale per famiglie. È dotato di culla, lettino, seggiolone per la pappa, stoviglie di silicone e plastica e di una pedana in bagno. Inoltre, c'era anche una cesta di giochi e libretti. I proprietari hanno anche fornito alcune bottigliette di acqua , cialde per il caffè e una tab per lavastoviglie, utili per i primi giorni di soggiorno. I proprietari sono stati sempre raggiungibili per eventuali domande e suggerimenti. Posizione ottima a due passi all'acquario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

In sè l'appartamento è una chicca. I proprietari hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro e si percepisce l'attenzione al cliente ma lo stabile presenta un ingresso con alcune rampe di scale prima di raggiungere l'ascensore, ma è normale per edifici storici. Ci sono parcheggi vicini ma costano una follia. Inoltre essendo vicina al porto è zona di spaccio. Questi aspetti non dipendono dai proprietari. Ne eravamo consapevoli quando abbiamo prenotato e accettato il compromesso.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, where all the most popular attractions are within walking distance. Nearby there is a grocery store, small shops where you can buy vegetables/fruits or various souvenirs, cafes. We liked that there was no noise from the street. The bed was comfortable and spacious. There is a bunk bed, a sofa bed and a baby cot for a larger group of guests. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, kettle, microwave oven, vacuum. * If you are bringing a stroller, remember that you will first have to climb several steps to get to the elevator.

There is very minimal natural light inside, as the apartment windows face the inner yard (ad photos about brightness inside are misleading). The bedroom/living room would need brighter lighting in our opinion. It seemed confusing that we needed to pay city tax separately in cash, it was not included in the rental price. There is a very small water heater, sometimes there was not enough water for 4 people to take a shower. The pots and kitchen utensils needs upgrade, pots are scratched, unsuitable for cooking. The front door has no threshold, and there is a visible gap between the floor and the door, so noises from the stairwell could be heard in the apartment.
