for the parking we had to pay alot as no information was provided regarding a special ticket needed to avail parking fees of 21euro per day. and it has only 1 shower area. so if travelling with 5 people the time to get ready becomes very much.

Perfect place for a visit to Genua

Perfect location at edge of medieval towncentre and old harbour. Parking Porta Antico at 5 minutes walk. Good contact with host, who received us and showed us around in the appartment. Appartement is spacious enough for a family of four. Fully equiped kitchen.

Matrasses were a bit thin.

Hotsts were very friendly. The apartment was very clean. Well located. The AC works very well. Perfect for 4 people.

The check in procedure was a bit long as we had to wait for 40 minutes to find a place in the parking near the aquarium. Beside that everything was perfect.

Definitely recommend it!

Particia texted us detailed instructions of how to find the apartment and was indeed very helpful giving us tips and suggestions over Genova. The location of the apartment is ideal. Very close to the Metro station and in the heart of the busy historical city center. It was very spacious, very clean and in general comfortable. The a/c units were working perfectly. We were a group of 5 friends and it was really helpful that we were given 2 sets of keys.

Although there are 2 bathrooms, which was definately a plus, there was only one shower. Also, the wifi signal was quite weak. These minor problems, however, do not mean that we would not recommend this apartment.

A good stay

The property was spacious, clean and beautifully renovated. The host was helpful upon arrival. It was in a good location as it basically opposite the Aquarium/Porto Antico - which was great as there were two great playgrounds there for kids too which the host told us about. It was also in a good location to reach places with most places being a max 12 minute walk away. There were 2 air conditioners, 1 for each level - which worked perfectly!

The wifi basically didn’t work the whole time, which makes sense as the wifi box wasn’t even in the apartment. We asked the host about this, and she said that she would fix it, she mentioned that she did something and that it was fixed, but it kept dropping out, to the point that we couldn’t use it. Also there were two wifi passwords on the wall and at different times one worked and the other didn’t, and vice versa. Essentially the wifi didn’t work. We stayed with 2 kids (2&4), which the apartment was great for - except for the stairs inside the apartment. They weren’t the safest stairs and there was no way to block them, other than if we got creative. Putting a wooden cover over the stove top would also provide some bench space for the kitchen (as there is none without this) we used a rack from inside the oven to cover it.

Bellissima vacanza a Genova

Massima disponibilità da parte dei gestori, Gaia gentile e rispondeva subito a ogni richiesta. praticamente a un passo da tutto, comodo da raggiungere anche in auto (parcheggio custodito a 2 passi a un prezzo in convenzione molt conveniente) posso dire che ci è piaciuto tutto

Casa adatta per 6 persone, pulita e host presente

Abbiamo portato i bambini a vedere l'acquario e tutte le attrazioni intorno e la posizione della casa è a dir poco perfetta per questi posti e per visitare Genova.

Purtroppo la casa si trova zona porto e non è un quartiere molto tranquillo per le famiglie.

Posizione perfetta. La casa era esattamente come descritta, il che è molto positivo, perché non abbiamo avuto sorprese.

Ok palazzo è bellissimo e l'appartamento è uno di quelli che è stato ristrutturato per diventare un bed and breakfast, ovvero non tutte le camere hanno le finestre, lo spazio è stato sfruttato con l'obiettivo di essere quello che è, senza preoccuparsi dell'estetica. Non che sia brutto, tutt'altro, ma manca quel qualcosa in più. Ma dato che non doveva essere lo scopo del proprietario, va bene così.

Une bonne location pour visiter la vieille ville

L’emplacement bien sûr au cœur de la vieille ville pour partir à la découverte des différents quartiers au travers de la carte de l’office du tourisme des 4 tours proposés. La propreté, la réactivité et gentillesse des interlocuteurs, le calme de l’appartement, l’équipement satisfaisant pour qq jours, la qualité des lits, la facilité d’accès, le tarif réduit pour le parking qui est à moins de 500 m, un wc dans chacune des 2 salles d’eau. Tout de même un peu cher en rapport qualité prix

juste qq points à savoir : une des 2 chambres est petite pour y poser ses valises, qu'il faudra poser sur le palier donc, la salle de bain à l’étage ne comprend qu'un WC et lavabo donc une seule douche dans l’appartement mais au final on s’en sort
