Overall would recommend, perfect location.

You can’t beat the location. It’s close to everhthing. Easy and fast check-in and check-out process. Air-conditioning both in the living room and the bedroom. Sound proof windows, so you can fully enjoy the central location.

With the mandatory dish cleaning on check-out: They only gave us 1 dishwasher capsule for a 5 day stay and no dish soap. The instructions to the garbage disposal were wrong, and when trying to call them for help, nobody picked up. They had some kitchenware, that didn’t work with the induction plate. The wifi is horrible, you can only reach it from just one room, and the mobile data service was not great either in the apartment.

The appartment is super equipt, nice and clean bathroom, coffee machine and full equipt kitchen

The location is great, just right in the centre, you can watch what´s going on outside and also be hidden against the rain if needed. Everything is close! Metro station just behind the building, luggage storage, all great bistros and restaurants, whatever you choose, just in between the magical tiny streets of Genoa and all monuments! Don´t miss the local bakeries and marina. The bus in front of building takes you to the seaside or hills, so easy to reach and walk. If you like the rush of daily Genoa life and you prefer to be close to everything (and do not mind a bit of noise), this could be your spot !

Wi-fi is located in the corridor outside the appartment which might cause low or no access in parts of the appartment. I announced the owner already and recommend to arrange extension.

Me ha recibido Suzana, y desde antes de mi llegada estuvo pendiente de la hora en que nos veríamos, incluso nos vimos antes de lo planeado. Aun que no hablamos el mismo idioma hace todo lo posible para tener la mejor comunicación posible.

Mitten im Zentrum Zuhause

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Ablageflächen und Möbel. Es war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Diverse Cafés und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden sie wieder buchen.

Das Check-in für die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas mühsam. Man wurde von verschiedenen Kanälen angeschrieben, was etwas verwirrend war. Im Grossen und Ganzen war aber alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Fenster muss man in der Nacht geschlossen halten, der Lärmpegel vor dem Haus war sehr hoch (z.B. Blaulichtorganisationen, Strassenputzmaschinen, etc.). Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war das aber kein Problem. Man muss vor der Abreise den Mülleimer entsorgen, doch wir haben die Müllcontainer nicht gefunden. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Struttura nuova e pulita. La pozione è perfetta per girare il centro città. Intorno ci sono tutti i servizi dalla metro al market farmacia ristoranti caffetterie.

Purtroppo essendo molto centrale ed attaccato a una fermata delle metropolitana la sera dopo le 10 si fermano in prossimità del portone persone poco carine. Litigano fra di loro e non vi danno fastidio però sono rumorosi.

Lo mejor de Genova

El lugar muy limpio, cómodo y hermético, aunque estábamos en un lugar muy transitado, no se escuchaba nada de afuera. De los lugares en que hemos estado Genova nos pareció el lugar más seguro. Nos sentimos muy cómodas

Lo único que no nos pareció fue que sólo nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel higiénico súper pequeños, los cuales gastamos desde el primer día. En cuanto a algunas reglas de la casa, nunca nos dijeron que los basureros que estaban bajo el fregadero eran para reciclar, porque no estaban identificados, eso lo supimos el día anterior

To, że w jedną noc musiałyśmy spać na schodach przed drzwiami do godziny 8:30 aż przyjechała policja, bo inni nocujący zamknęli drzwi od środka. Nie miałyśmy swoich rzeczy, laptopa, leków. Zero wsparcia od strony bookingu i od strony właścicieli.

体验太差，闷热潮湿难受，空调坏了不修，不提供电扇，恶劣行为！

这个房子是一排朝西的，到达后发现空调坏的，与接待人员说了，表示要明天才能维修，我提出能配一个电扇吗，接待人员表示没有，然而房间热得像蒸笼，打开窗下面是公交枢纽站，嘈杂声不断，开窗嘈吵闹闹，关窗就是蒸桑拿，接待人员啥不管丟下钥匙就离开，于是打电话给booking客服，也没得到帮助解决，就这样忍受了二夜洗桑拿的模式，真是糟糕透顶，与民宿方联系不予理睬，与booking联系上传视频真实空调坏了，开窗后嘈杂声，但也没有解决，已经回到家几天了，民宿方与booking都没有说法，连个歉意都没有，这也是逆天的行为了！告诉去热那亚朋友，避开这一家民宿，体验感极差极差，我这是写第二遍了，为啥看不见？

应该关闭整顿，修好设备（空调）再营业，管理层要好好培养客服，懂得尊重客户！

Posizione strategica e centrale, letteralmente dietro la fermata metro. Bagno nuovissimo. Buona esperienza nel check-in.

Trovati letti sporchi e coperte e cuscini insufficienti per 4 persone. Pulizia che lascia perplessi. Primo piano estremamente chiassoso, di notte impossibile dormire, frequenti interventi della polizia sotto casa per risse e sbronzi. Vicino al porto vecchio, di giorno zona tranquilla, in tarda serata e alla notte é frequentato da loschi individui e bande di teppisti.

God beliggenhed

AC virkede ikke ved ankomst. Vi fik at vide at man ville komme forbi næste morgen. Der var ingen anvisning til brug af Wi-Fi i lejligheden. Check-out var allerede kl. 10 og vi først besked dagen før, hvilket ødelagde nogle planer for afgangsdag.
