Short stay in Genova

The apartment is as short walk from the San Giorgio metro station, so it is easy to get to. Very central, in the narrow streets of the old town. The host, Alessandra, was both responsive and helpful.

The apartment doesn't have air condition, but there were multiple fans that helped.

Nice appartment in great location

Great location, hidden in the little streets off Porto Antico. Host gave plenty of tips on how to find the place and what's close by to see and do.

The heat was not on prior to arrival so it was a bit cold when we arrived.

Funky apartment in a great location

This is a quirky apartment in a great location. We felt like we really experienced the port area's narrow streets and vibrant street life by staying here. Everything in the apartment functions as required - the beds are comfortable, the Wifi is great, etc. Be aware that it's all open - there are beds for 4 people in a loft and 2 people below the loft but if one of them snores, everyone will hear it! This apartment has no air conditioning but stays cool because of its position inside the building.

This apartment stays cool because of its position in the building but it's also super-humid. A de-humidifier would be a great idea but I know it's problematic because then guests would have to empty the tank regularly during their stay.

Great Apartment in the heart of old city of Genova

The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city of Genova. Alessandra is a magnificent host. She gave us all the information about the apartment, the city and the near villages. How to reach them, what to see and where to park the car. Everything is on walkable distance. Near the apartment there is a subway station, a bus station and a water transport station for the boats. The apartment is perfect for 4 persons, it is fully equip, and you sleep in an old palazzo actually :). Thank you for everything Alessandra and for the great apartment. Next time we visit Genova again we will definitely use this apartment. Just great.

La casa è centralissima e comodissima, l'host molto precisa e disponibile. C'era un bel calduccio, il necessario per cucinare, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti! Siamo stati benissimo!

Bisogna fare un po' di attenzione con lo scarico del bagno e tirare spesso l'acqua senza accumulare troppa carta per evitare che non rimanga carta nello scarico ma è facilmente fattibile

Ottima posizione, ma struttura da migliorare

La struttura é in una posizione ottima, ci si muove a piedi e non é nemmeno impossibile trovare parcheggio

Il soggiorno è stato purtroppo caratterizzato da una costante e sgradevole puzza di fogna, che ha inciso negativamente sull’esperienza. Una permanenza più lunga non sarebbe stata sostenibile.

Insieme nel centro storico di Genova: consigliatissimo!

Grandissima disponibilità dell'host che ci ha accolto prima dell'orario di check in, in fuga da una situazione orribile. Appartamento molto bello e particolare. Centralissimo. Ideale per qualche giorno a Genova in gruppo. Anche in coppia, ovviamente, ma la struttura dell'appartamento facilita le dinamiche di un gruppo. Ottimo! C'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e mangiare assieme. Proprio bello. Grazie Alessandra!

Discreto appoggio centrale su Genova

Alessandra, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. La zona è centralissima quindi permette di girare tranquillamente il cuore di Genova, l'acquario e il porto antico a piedi. L'appartamento ha un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli sul soppalco e un divano letto nella sala giorno, la cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili e cosa da non sottovaltare, al nostro arrivo c'era una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo. Biancheria bagno presente per tutte le persone che avrbebero soggiornato e saponi forniti.

L'appartamento, seppur caratteristico e in centro all'interno di un palazzo datato, avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata. Confermo come già letto in altre recensioni che non c'è un buon odore quando si entra, ma basta aprire le finestre per far cambiare l'aria. Scala del soppalco senza corrimano ma solo con cordone sul muro, non proprio in sicurezza se si hanno bambini al seguito. Se non si hanno pretese da hotel 5 stelle e ci si sa adattare, è tutto sopportabilissimo per il prezzo pagato e per la posizione.
