Not recommend with children

Only positive was close to the centrum

There is no airconditioner and it’s clear in annonse but fan was not enough, very difficult to sleep. I was travelling with 2 small children with trolley- there is no lift, appartment on 3rd floor, i have asked about baby bed and it was confirmed but when I arrived- it was not ready- bed was distroyed and eier should come and fix it during my stay there… Toalet is bad localisation- no place to legs so you need to sit on the side… and there was a rat on the pipe outside the window😳 a lot of strange/disgusting people in the front of the entrance door- sitting on the floor and smells not well. Very dissapointed, not reccomend

Great stay at a superb location

The apartment was a little outdated, but suprisingly well-equipped and large! The location right at the aquarium and at the start of the old city is hard to beat.

No problem for us, but the stairs to the 3rd floor may be challenging for some. We did not like the people hanging around the entrance of the apartment, especially in the evening.

La vicinanza al centro di Genova..ottimi ristoranti e supermercati vicini.. la cordialità del proprietario affabile e simpatico,casa accogliente, disponibilità alle richieste,pulita

Suggeriamo una manutenzione più dettagliata soprattutto nel bagno!( Sifone della doccia , bidè e maniglia bagno),suggeriamo di prendere un cavatappi....😂

Appartamento molto grande in una posizione caratteristica e molto comoda al centro storico. Dotato di tutto l'essenziale, certo non è di "design", ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici.

Tutto a posto e funzionante. Non ha vista, ma ci sono comunque molte finestre, ovvio si affacciano sui vicoli ma si è in pieno centro di Genova.

Minivacanza con amici

Impagabile la posizione a 3 minuti dell'acquario di Genova e da tutte le possibilità che ti offre il porto antico. Luca proprietario di casa gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento spazio.

L'ultima rampa di scala è impegnativa e non si arriva al piano con l'ascensore. Però per la tipologia di case al porto vecchio è assolutamente normale.
