Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The high ceilings and spacious layout made it feel very open and comfortable. One unique (and fun!) aspect was climbing the 120 steps to reach the apartment—and then discovering even more steps inside! It definitely added some character to the experience. The location was excellent, right in the town center, so everything we wanted to visit was just a short walk away. A great spot if you're looking to explore the city on foot.

There were a few downsides. The beds were very noisy—every movement caused a loud creak, which made it difficult to sleep. We also couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi during our stay, which was inconvenient. Another issue was parking: there is no nearby parking, so you have to park elsewhere for an extra charge. Not all parking areas felt secure, which was a concern.

Wohnung war groß genung

1. für so eine große Wohnung gibt nur 1 Badezimmer! Wir waren 9 Personen und das war sehr sehr schwierig mit dem Bad und so. 2.Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 8. Etage ohne Aufzug! 3.Die Treppen waren ungewöhnlich groß und bereit und Wegen der großen Breite der Stufen war es schwer, hinaufzusteigen.meine Eltern wurden 2 mal von der Treppen runtergefallen, Gottseidank nichts schlimmes passiert! 4.W-Lan funktioniert ganz schlecht! 5.Für 5 zimmern gibt es nur 3 Ventilatoren! 6. auf der anzeige steht“ Private Parkplatz „ aber gibt es doch kein Parkplatz. Es gibt ein Parkhaus in der nähe, da kann man parken und für 2 tage haben wir 48€ bezahlt, und wegen Einkauf oder wo anders zu fahren, konnten wir autos nicht bewegen, da er gesagt hat, für 24 stunden er zahlt bzw.wir bekommen Angebot! obwohl wir dachten es gibt wirklich ein privates Parkplatz, von der Parkplatz bis auf die Wohnung dauet ca.10 min zu Fuß, wir sollten erstmal ganze Sachen von Auto bis dahin mitnehmen und danach bis auf 8.Etage hochnehmen!! 7. Die Betten quietschten ständig und waren alles andere als bequem! 8. die Lage war garnicht ruhig, wir konnten in die Nächte nicht schlafen wegen betten und wegen die Lage.

Le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, de places assises sans aménagement, de sanitaires : wc séparé, pour 8 personnes. Le lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas. Les 115 marches sans ascenseur pour une personne à mobilité réduite et une personne cardiaque.

War groß und hatte Platz

Ist im 5 Stock ohne Lift. Hat keine Klima und ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern.

Nos alojamos solo 1 noche y fue terrible. Pasamos un calor de locos y los ventiladores apenas funcionaban. En teoría era un 5to y al final resultó ser un séptimo SIN ASCENSOR.

La casa risulta spaziosa e ben arredata e posizionata in centro città, comoda a raggiungere i punti d'interesse principali

Purtoppo l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano e non dispone di un ascensore, ma è il minore dei problemi. Nonostante il massimo di 9 posti letto l'appartamento dispone di un solo bagno, molto problematico. In primis non abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'acqua calda, lo scarico della doccia era completamente otturato e colmo di sporcizia, la tavoletta del wc era sprovvista di viti e si spostava al minimo contatto. Il phon a disposizione era anch'esso rotto. E infine, nonostante non possa incolpare totalmente il proprietario di casa, un mio collega non ha più trovato 60€ nel proprio portafoglio dimenticato accidentalmente in appartamento dopo il checkout. A quanto pare bisogna fare molta attenzione al personale delle pulizie, con mio dispiacere il proprietario dell'appartamento non si è mostrato particolarmente propenso a collaborare per ovviare al problema. Speriamo di poter essere d'aiuto per i prossimi affittuari, purtroppo non ci siamo ricordati di fare delle foto per dimostrare questi difetti
