Charming appartment

We stayed in this apartment as a group of 7 friends, and it was perfect for us. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The building itself is old with an old-fashioned elevator, which gave it a special charm that I really liked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the building is located high up on the hill, so you need to climb quite a few stairs to reach the apartment from the center.

The apartment was huge and in a lovely area. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus.

The accommodation was a 25-30 minute uphill walk to the centre of Genova. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the road but the buses are unreliable.

Centrally located and close to everything. The best part: washer and dryer which is almost impossible to have both in Italy. Large kitchen and nice larger bathrooms.

Wish there was a curtain in one bathroom that had a frosted glass where you could still see through. Most mattresses were not adeguate and need to be replaced.

Then location is very good in a nice building. The appartment is very spacious, clean, two bathrooms wich was important for 8 people. Big kitchen. There IS a balcony, which we found accidentaly:) Check in was clear and easy.

Armed with deet, we would stay there again.

Clean. Loved the location; no tourists. Bar literally downstairs for coffee and croissants. Supermarket close by. Beautiful views from the rooms. Good kitchen.

Bed bugs in 2 of the beds. I am a medical doctor and can tell they were not mosquitoes. Showers weren't working well. Leaking tubes and a blocked drain. Supposed to be fixed soon.

The apartment is nice and spacious, withlarge kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The location is fair: not quite within a walking distance from the center, but close to public transportation. There are stores and caffes nearby. There's chip parking nearby.

The beds were full of bed bugs! The matresses were thin and I could feel the springs of the frame.

No help, could not get into the property, no instructions No one met us at the property, called the number twice no answer no return call, stood around for an hour luckily a neighbour assisted, but if the neighbour had not hep we would still be standing outside

The location was amazing, and facilities were perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful city.

The beds were a bit soft for those of us who are used to a hard bed, but can’t fault anything else.

Apartament duży, przestronny, spokojnie może pomieścić min. 8 osób. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki i duża kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem (oraz możliwością skorzystania z kawy czy cukru lub innych produktach po poprzednich gościach - w nagłej sytuacji). Łóżka wygodne, opcje zarówno pojedynczych łózek jak i małżeńskich. Dostęp do balkonu oraz przepiękny widok z okien na port i morze. Dostęp do ręczników, zmywarki, suszarki - naprawdę bogato wyposażone mieszkanie. Kontakt z właścicielem łatwy, konkretny, o każdej porze. Mieszkanie oddalone od centrum o jakieś 20 kilka min - do przebycia zarówno pieszo jak i autobusami, blisko sklepy.

Brak klimatyzacji (aczkolwiek jest możliwość zrobienia przeciągu i da się wytrzymać). Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem

Härliga Genova

Genoa är lagom stort för att promenera runt i. Det är väldigt kuperat om man rör sig utanför hamnområdet. Boendet är nära centrum fågelvägen och det tar bara 15 min att gå dit men hem blir man lite varm då den härliga utsikten från fönstret innebär en viss stigning. And baj the way, we also found the balcony..
