We met Angela, the host, at the flat. She was very friendly and helpful, and very kindly allowed us to check a little earlier. The accommodation was very clean and decorated in an imaginative and slightly quirky way. The kitchen was excellent, with lovely modern appliances - and unlike all the other places we stayed in Italy - it was well equipped. The washing machine and air-conditioning were also very welcome.
It lacks lifts. The last flight of stairs was a little tricky with a heavy suitcase, but manageable due to the handrail. Being a historic and traditional building, what you forfeit in modern convenience, is made up for with charm.

Nos gustó el departamento. Todo su equipamiento. No falta nada. Te sentís como en casa. Angela, una excelente anfitriona. Cálida, servicial, y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. Volveríamos a alquilar este alojamiento.

Incredible stay here for few days in Genova! Well stocked & artfully decorated. Spacious,very clean,home away from home feeling. Living like a local & loving it vibe!! Host, location, accommodation all wonderful! Only thing that may be an issue for some is the 86 steps (4 levels) up to place. However once you're in its all 1 level and the cobblestone street, music, life below echoes up to fill the apartment with festive neighborhood sounds...absolutely beautiful!!
