Beautiful harbour views

The location is excellent and the views from the apartment beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (except the coffee - more below).

It might be that I just don't know how to use the coffee pads, but we weren't able to use them. I didn't see a suitable machine, and they definitely don't work just with boiling water or in a moka pot (I tried both). This is not the property's fault, but if you are travelling by car, be warned that you might have to wait a very long time to get into the parking. We arrived on a Sunday and, as the location is directly at the aquarium, there was plenty of traffic.

La posizione

Prima notte alle 2100 metto a nanna i bimbi di uno e tre anni. Alle 21 e 05 una fontana dal soffitto dell’appartamento. Appaiono chiazze di umido ovunque e una crepa nel contro soffitto. Porto tutti fuori e contatto l’host mi viene assegnato l’appartamento di fianco (che a breve sarebbe stato raggiunto da questa “infiltrazione”).Scelgo una sistemazione più piccola ad un altro piano. Nulla mi é dovuto per il disagio. Bah….

Posizione ideale per muoversi a piedi e visitare la zona del porto

Camera in una posizione fantastica, posizionata al sesto piano esattamente di fronte all'acquario di Genova. A piedi sono raggiungibili tutti i servizi necessari.

niente che abbia pregiudicato la riuscita della nostra vacanze...se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, si potrebbe migliorare il materasso matrimoniale (davvero basso) e migliorare il servizio Tv (non c'è antenna e con il wifi va poco). nel complesso comunque siamo soddisfatti ed era quello che cercavamo

Troppo rumoroso per i miei standard La mattina alle 5.30 c'era un gruppo religioso (almeno credo perché capivo solo alleluja) che cantava all'interno dello stabile e ci ha svegliati.

L'appartamento bellissimo di fronte all'acquario spazioso con bella vista di giorno e di notte sesto piano con l'ascensore comodo per visitare il centro vicino c'è il bar , ristoranti . Consigliato

Вид на море, выходишь сразу на береговую линию. Вообще класс.

Не было капсул для стирки, хотя стиральная машина имеется. Возможно это мелочи, я знаю. Просто везде где мы ночевали «до» они были :)

Zona poco recomendable si vas con niños

Decepcionante. La zona no te da ninguna seguridad y eso que llegamos a la hora de comer. No quiero pensar cómo será cuando sea de noche. No llegamos ni a entrar en el apartamento porque cuando subimos a la planta en esencia era un oficina de un despacho de aduanas (o similar) reconvertida en apartamento.

La zona es poco recomendable. Preguntamos a una persona cuando subíamos en el ascensor y nos digo directamente que no saliésemos por la noche. Encima la puerta del edificio permanecía abierta en todo momento. Fue tal la desconfianza que nos produjo que optamos por cancelar la reserva e irnos a Milán.

Hochpreisig ohne Komfort

Schlüsselübergabe und Identifizierung reibungslos. Die Lage war toll, sehr zentral. Es gab einen Aufzug und es war nicht laut. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, das Wasser war heiß und der Duschabfluss funktionierte sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet, mäßig gereinigt, es waren Haare von den vorherigen Besuchern auf dem Sofa, das Sofa hat leicht gemüffelt, sodass man sich nicht ohne Unterlage drauf setzen wollte, dir überdecken im Schrank waren ungewaschen und rochen unangenehm, die Waschmaschine war schon länger nicht mehr benutzt worden, sodass man erst einen Reinigungstab einwerfen musste um die muffigen Gerüche zu überdecken. Vor der Waschmaschine hinter der Abdecktüre lag ein alter Socken. Es gab kein Waschmittel. Der Schwamm und das Schwammrtuch in der Küchenspe war alt und benutzt, es gab keine Küchentücher, geschweige denn einen Hand Besen oder Staubsauger. Die Vorhänge waren alt, fleddrig und es war eine Kunst diese zu schließen. Das enttäuschendste war die Parksituation, man wurde an eine Parkgarage verwiesen, mit der die Unterkunft zusammen arbeitete und sollte 25E täglich bezahlen, anstatt 49E. Man wurde darauf hingewiesen, das Ticket vor der Abfahrt via WhatsApp App zu senden. Als wir darauf aufmerksam machten, dass wir früh abreisen wollen, kam keine Antwort und als wir das Ticket sendeten, kam eine automatisch generierte Nachricht, dass die Antwort zu Öffnungszeiten Erfolge. Wir haben keinen Cent zurück erhalten, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung oder einen anderen Lösungsvorschlag. Eine äußerst hochpreisige Unternehmung ohne Komfort oder Herzlichkeit.
