Liguria is the region where the mountains meet the sea in a spectacle of natural beauty. Genoa, the capital of Liguria, is a historic port city where you can admire elegant buildings, medieval alleys and the rich maritime tradition.
The Space:
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of Palazzo Lercari Spinola, located in the heart of the historic center, inserted in a building fabric in which it is still possible to identify frequent medieval elements. A prestigious residence with luxury finishes consisting of a large living room, the heart of the house and a complete kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking.
- In the apartment there are four large double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are complete), and can accommodate up to 10 people.
- The house is equipped with an underfloor heating and cooling system with dehumidification in every room and free wifi with fast connection. It is specified that this type of system, with cooling operation in summer, strictly requires KEEPING THE WINDOWS CLOSED to keep the internal humidity controlled and avoid condensation on the floor. We will not respond to any inconvenience due to the formation of condensation on the floor due to the opening of the windows.
- All rooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and a storage bed for storing luggage; the mattresses and pillows are in memory foam.
Guest Access:
The Domus Orefici is located on the fourth floor and is accessed by a rich portal decorated with high reliefs. To get to the apartment you can use the large and ancient stone staircase or comfortably use the two elevators present.
The house is located in the heart of Genoa, in the UNESCO historic center.

The historic center is the nucleus of the Old City, to discover the charm of ancient Genoa you have to walk on foot and enter the "caruggi", the picturesque alleys of medieval origin, and the characteristic creuze (narrow streets set between the walls), getting lost among the beautiful streets lined with noble palaces and the harmonious little squares (Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza San Donato) overlooked by ancient churches (San Donato, San Matteo).
Proof of this city's maritime vocation is its lighthouse, commonly called "the Lantern", which has always been the symbol of Genoa.
Yet another testimony to Genoa's connection with the sea is Galata Museo del Mare, the largest maritime museum in the Mediterranean dedicated to the history of navigation.
