Great, Family Friendly and Large Space.

The location and size of the apartments were fantastic. We rented both for our two families and could not have had a better setup. Plus, the studio was very spacious and easily fit our family of 4. HIGHLY recommend!

Great host in a central location for a very good price!

Property was comfortable and very central. Everything was an easy walk. The shutters were good at keeping out light. We felt safe behind three sets of doors! The host was very responsive and accomodating. Also there were some welcome snacks on arrival, which no-one else has done for us. Would recommend!

Maybe a few more kitchen facilities - like a coffee maker could have made food prep easier.

We liked our stay, though it was only one night in Genova and we regretted we didn’t have one more day.

Location was great, all the main attractions in the walking distance. Also there are plenty of restaurants around. Apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. So something to be aware if you have a heavy luggage. Apartment was clean and spacious. It had iron and ironing board and also some information on the city attractions and what to do. Host was very helpful and very responsive. He also shared with us some websites which helped to find our way in the city.

Excellent location, value for your money and a host willing to support you.

It’s on the perfect spot if you are in to visit attractions, museums, palaces etc. The street is full of fare and proper restaurants. A police station is just in front of the apartement.

A microwave would be nice.

Perfect

The places was extremely clean including the sheets and towels. They had also provided a nice mocha pot, coffee and some snacks. It seemed like a spacious dorm for a group friends with enough space. Lastly it was close to the centre and a 10 min walk from the central station/bus stop.

Idéal pour une étape

Les explications très claires et précises pour trouver le logement, le conseil pour le parking. Le linge de lit et serviettes de toilette ainsi que le nécessaire pour se faire un café, produit vaisselle... Le logement était très propre. Bien situé par rapport au port et l'aquarium

Le logement n'est pas isolé, les vitres sont en simple vitrage donc le froid passe. Et pas insonorisé donc très bruyant le soir et la nuit avec la route pas loin, les restaurants dans la rue... La ville n'est également pas très fréquentable surtout avec des enfants, les ruelles de passe ne sont pas loin.

Appartement avec chambre à part, coin cuisine équipée, machine Nespresso et capsules, bouilloire... Bon emplacement, parking public proche. Très propre et facile d'accès avec les indications de Marco qui était très disponible et réactif.

Tolle, sehr schöne Räume, super ausgestattet, und sehr sauber!

Sehr sauber, super Location, sehr zentral, gleich beim Hafen. Sehr grosse Räumlichkeiten, kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche. Da es sehr zentral ist, kann es Nacht immer etwas Lärm haben, was aber normal ist mit dieser Lage! Dafür ist man eben so richtig im Zentrum!

Mycket bra läge i Genoa! Bara några meter till hamnen l h akvariet. Lägenheten ligger mycket mysigt belägen och är lätt att hitta. Mycket hjälpsam ägare!

Rien à dire, tout était nickel.

Les échanges avec le propriétaire de cet appartement ont été très fluides. Nous nous sommes bien compris concernant l’emplacement des clés, ce qui a été très pratique. Rien à redire à ce sujet

Dans les différents restaurants, prendre une place en famille était facturé entre 3 et 4 euros, ce qui pose problème : pour une famille nombreuse, c’est comme si l’on payait un plat supplémentaire. Au premier restaurant, les pizzas étaient un peu trop chères, il n’y avait pas d’eau plate sur les tables et le service n’était pas vraiment au top. De plus, aucune sauce n’était mise à disposition

Дуже зручне розташування, близько до центру і до набережної. Поряд підземний паркінг. Знайти і поселитися легко, господар на зв'язку і надає зрозумілі інструкції. В квартирі чисто, є все необхідне + кава. Ліжка зручні, постіль чиста, рушників достатньо. Все було комфортно

Super séjour

Un établissement très bien placé à quelques minutes des différents spots à visiter. L'appartement était très propre et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. Très bien pour passer quelques jours à Gênes et visiter la ville.

Appartamento disposto bene, anche se può sembrare piccolo in realtà per una coppia è perfetto. C'è tutto quello che serve, cucina (induzione), frigo, freezer, 2 condizionatori, ventilatori ecc.. Posizione ottima se si vuole stare nelle zone di Genova (centro storico), con servizi a portata di mano e a due passi ad esempio il parcheggio ce ne sono due (pagamento, 1 convenzionato) a 100m dall'appartamento. Mentre se ci si sposta come abbiamo fatto noi, Rapallo, Camogli e Porto Fino ci si mette dai 35/45 min.

Spaziosa, luminosa, super centrale proprio davanti all’Acquario! La cosa più preziosa è stata Marco che fin dal momento del nostro arrivo in città ci ha aiutati con parcheggi, spostamenti, logistica. Davvero un aiuto prezioso quando ti ritrovi in una città che non conosci.

Tolle Wohnung, um Genua zu erkunden

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Genua und ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir durften früher einchecken, unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben viele Tipps erhalten, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Genua zu haben.

Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig, weil sie direkt im Zentrum liegt. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.
