First impression on getting in can be discouraging but it is a lovely place inside the apartment. Modern bathroom and kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook. There is a big TV with Netflix and Prime.

Outside the environment, the location is so discouraging and you may want to turn back before you even start. The Wi-Fi kept fluctuating and going off. If you put too many appliances on, the electric will trip off. The hot water also finished before we all could have a shower.

used in august. there is no air conditioning. only 2 fans available, but 4 roomms and living room were too hot. when i opened the window, i could't open it because it was on a big streerband there was a lot of smoke. i didn't feel safe all the way from the station to my accommodation.

Good

The apartment is big with two clean and renovated bathrooms. It has a style. Close to the port and many of the attractions in Genoa. The accommodation is arranged with key locker with clear and easy instructions.

Uncomfortable beds; it was noisy and hot ( there isn't an AC); The location looks like a ghetto! When we were leaving at 11 AM, there was a street fight just in front of the door!

Very close to the railway station and cruise port.

Very good localization, almost next to the train station and port (cruise port), but in a little bit scary district. I think not for everybody. If you are a little bit fearful, it could be scary for you ;) But we were really happy to stay there. The possibility to get to the railway station in just a 10min walk was nice, also to get accommodation just after getting out from the cruise. Around this localization, there were also a lot of shops, and street food, which was also cool ;)

Posizione buona per la visita al porto antico, acquario, ecc.. Appartamento molto grande.

Pulizie poco approfondite, abbiamo rinvenuto più cose di qualcuno che ci ha preceduto (asciugamento sporco dietro la porta del bagno, valigia sopra l'armadio della stanza matrimoniale, detergenti vari...). Abbiamo poi sottovalutato Genova in inverno e l'appartamento era molto freddo, con due scaldini elettrici di cui uno non funzionante. La posizione è ottima anche se al nostro arrivo, verso le 18.30, ad attenderci "appisolati" all'ingresso e in tutta la via c'era un gruppo di persone che non hanno potuto incuterci un senso di grade sicurezza.

Siamo venuti via senza dormirci. Casa umida e con muffa e allo stesso tempo rovente.

Dovevamo alloggiare in 5, due famiglie con una bambina piccola e una donna incinta. Siamo arrivati per primi io e mia moglie nel pomeriggio, i nostri amici ci avrebbero raggiunto più tardi. L’impatto con la zona non è stato dei migliori, diciamo che non ci siamo sentiti al sicuro ad entrare in casa con le valigie. Entrati in casa la prima constatazione è stata che la casa era rovente, senza aria condizionata ad agosto non si riesce a stare. 3 ventilatori: una stufetta che di fatto non faceva aria, il ventilatore in sala la cui velocità maggiore non era abbastanza e un terzo ventilatore impolverato che dovevi puntarti addosso. Ma non è ancora il peggio: sentiamo un’aria molto pesante e umida e controlliamo i bagni. Uno anche ben arredato e l’altro che sembrava uno sgabuzzino. In quello più grande abbiamo trovato della muffa e ci siamo messi allora a controllare lo stato delle camere perché iniziavamo a temere che la non fosse un luogo in cui volevamo passare la notte. Capelli sulle federe, asciugamani in dotazione macchiati e infine controlliamo i materassi (lo facciamo sempre da quando si è parlato l’intestazione delle cimici dei letti) e troviamo della muffa negli angoli dei materassi in una delle camere. Ciliegina sulla torta: chiamiamo la proprietaria per segnalare quello che avevamo trovato e ci sentiamo dire che per la cifra che avevamo speso non ci potevamo aspettare di meglio e che se, certo siamo abituati ai 5 stelle, la situazione lì non poteva essere la stessa. Di certo non siamo persone da 5 stelle e abbiamo soggiornato in tutta Europa con Booking in strutture più o meno belle e pulite, ma non ci era mai capitato di dovercene andare senza sfruttare la prenotazione! Morale della favola, siamo andati via di corsa, senza dormirci e abbiamo preso una camera d’albergo.
