Ideal location to stay in Genova

Our host Franca was very friendly and helpful, the apartment is huge and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We felt right at home in Francas apartment. Very well situated in Genova close to trains/buses supermarkets etc and only a short distance from Aquarium by train. Perfect place to stay in Genova.

Spacious apartment, great location and lovely host.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the small piazza out the window. The apartment had all the things we needed including washing machine & drying rack. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and walking distance to the harbour, old town and train station. We had a lovely stay. We were greeted upon arrival and given keys and a tour of the apartment. We had our 1 year old with us & I had mistakenly not included her when booking. Our host was lovely & promptly arranged a baby cot and brought adorable stuffed animals for her. Our host checked in throughout our visit to be sure we had everything we needed & provided some helpful suggestions of things to do & restaurants.

Lovely apartment, quiet location and short walk to Ferrari fountain

Spacious one bedroom apartment, approx 10 walk to the Ferrari fountain in a quiet location. Washing machine and clothes horse, dishwasher, comfortable bed, nice shower, and good communication with owner. Nearby is also a mini supermarket, great gelato, and delicious pizza places. A few steps on entry and elevator to the floor.

A lovely host with a great apartment in a good position.

Location was great for strolling through the old city. Air conditioning was great annd the kitchen had everything we needed. About a 15 min walk to the train station. Buses were 1 min away.

Our home in Genoa

The place was clean , spacious and our host was wonderful . I 1.3km walk from the train station although with bags a taxi probably would have been better considering the heat of the day . When we arrived though it was like an oasis . It was perfect in all respects . Clean , convenient for supermarket , bar , restaurants and quiet once we were inside . All amenities were as you would expect in a well maintained home except that this was a restored building palazzo . Would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment, great time in Genoa

Very nice property, spacious and clean. Very nice interior and style. The apartment has a huge fridge/freezer, espresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and everything to cook if needed. The location is perfect, parking around the corner, and a short few mint walk to the center. Franca is a very nice host. Everything very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom could have a few more hangers for towels.

Well-located apartment with great host

Great location within walking distance of everything and in close proximity to secure parking which our host booked for us. She kept a spot outside the apartment so we could unload our passengers and baggage. There's a lift so we didn't need to lug suitcases upstairs. The apartment is spacious, beautifully renovated and comfortable.

Very nice, decent apartmant, well equipped and extra clean.

We were contacted by the owner on exact arrival time and handover was smooth, although had to wait a few min. we could hardly plan exact arrival time due to traffic. We were not aware that someone needs to come to place to hand over the keys. If that would be more emphasised, that would help on both guest and owner side.

Three enjoyable days exploring a lively and vibrant city.

Location ,Cleanliness, spaciousness, laundry facilities. Franca provided everything needed. Franca provided recommendations of places to visit and suggestions for places to eat.

There was nothing we disliked. More preparation space in the well-equipped kitchen area would have been useful.

Spotlessly, clean, great location, superb host!

Franca was a wonderful host and her apartment far exceeded expectations. She met us at the entrance to the property to handover the keys and gave lots of info about the apartment and the area. Communication was excellent, and she even booked taxis for us one to the airport when we departed. The apartment is wonderfully clean and bright with marble floors and all conveniences, including a small washer. The entrance is steps from a main bus stop and close to the historic district. Truly a wonderful stay in Genova!

We really liked the apartment, very large, elegant, immaculately clean, very good quality things, attention to detail, so that you don't miss anything, quiet and last but not least, close to the center and all the tourist attractions, at a maximum of 15 minutes on foot. Franca is a wonderful host, she waited for us until a late hour and led us to the apartment, explaining everything to us. Thank you and we hope to come back soon!

I liked the location. It was quiet but it was close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. Only a ten minute walk to the old port. The apartment was clean and functional, with a dishwasher and dryer. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was the best I've seen.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Genoa.

The hostess Franca was amazing. Any questions or needs we had were taken care of. The location was fantastic. Wonderful shopping is across the street. The train station Genova Brignole is just 10 minutes down the hill. For a family of five, the space was large, modern, and comfortable. Across the street is Basilico Caffe, which was delicious, and the service was excellent.
