Really comfortable stay, great value for money and great staff

- The manager of the property was great, she showed me how to use everything and greeted me when i arrived. - Bed were comfortable - Bus routes make it easy to get around.

- Shared bathroom with other guests. - No locks on individual rooms. - Its hard to carry luggage to the property because there is hill and many stairs to lift it up.

La vivibilità e funzionalità sono perfette, posizione strategica per vari luoghi di interesse, centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo e silenzioso. La pulizia e la cura della struttura e di livello superiore a quello dichiarato. Il servizio è gestito molto bene e con discrezione Bellissimo il balconcino della camera con tavolo e due sedie, un enorme televisore Smart e il condizionatore completano l esperienza piacevole di passare un soggiorno presso Lux Appartament

Если бы у меня не было машины - я бы ничего не увидел. Квартира находится в ж*пе города, а в описании этого не пишут.

Ванная комната

Уборщица оставила выключенную стиральную машину, которая стирала больше 4-х часов. Когда я ее спросил, кто будет развешивать постиранное белье, она сказала «не знаю, я здесь убираю, когда жильцы съезжают - тогда и развешу» т.е. полотенца просто тухли в стиральной машине, а потом новые жильцы такими полотенцами вытираются. А еще там на окнах есть Роллеты, которые срываются с канатов и могут убить ( в прямом смысле), у нас она тоже упала, закрыла проход к балкону (слава богу там никого не было потому, что мастер пришел только через 12 часов после этого) и повезло, что человека не было в проходе!!!!

Era cómodo , buenas instalaciones, baño y pieza muy limpios, cocina bien equipada, todo se sentía nuevo

Estaba pésimamente ubicado, en un barrio peligroso y muy feo de Génova, muy difícil llegar con maletas, a pesar de ser muy cercano a una estación de trenes las veredas son muy estrechas y es una colina que hay que subir, muy difícil llegar además de las múltiples escaleras que hay que subir. Todo menos la pieza es compartida, solo hay un baño, comedor y cocina son compartidos

Kein Parkplatz - schwer zu erreichen

Gutes Zimmer und schönes Gemeinschaftsbad, gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche

Wir haben diese Unterkunft extra wegen dem Parkplatz gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Die unterkunft liegt am Hügel an einer privatstraße - man kann also nicht mal zum appartment zufahren. Man muss also wirklich weit weg auf der straße parken und alles hochschleppen. Außerdem ist das appartment wirklich schwer zu finden und die beschreibung schlecht. Der zugegeben wirklich sehr nette Hausmeister kann nur Italienisch und das macht die Verständigung nicht so leicht. In der Gegend haben wir uns auch relativ unwohl gefühlt in der Nacht.

Le check-in se fait de manière autonome, ce qui rend l'arrivée plus libre. Le logement est propre et bien équipé avec wifi. J'ai pu y travailler au calme pendant la journée.

Le logement n'est pas conforme à l'annonce. J'ai réservé une chambre avec lits jumeaux et me retrouve avec un lit unique en 120, trop petit pour dormir confortablement à 2. Il est mentionné dans l'annonce "cuisine privative", ce qui n'est pas le cas. Et je n'ai également pas apprécié l'intervention d'un artisan à 22h avec un marteau piqueur dans l'appartement alors que je souhaitais dormir.

Останавливались в этих апартаментах на несколько дней — остались очень довольны! Всё было чисто, уютно и полностью соответствовало описанию. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, кровати удобные, а интерьер очень стильный и приятный. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам — очень доброжелательные, всегда были на связи и быстро отвечали на все вопросы.

Da evitare assolutamente i Lux appartment Genova , troppi intermediari e zero qualità e pulizia

Non ho visto colazione e nemmeno mi sono osato ad usare la cucina e il resto visto lo stato carente di pulizia, senza nominare lo sporco trovato nei mobili della camera

Non riesco a dare una giusta valutazione visto le molte sorprese trovate una volta nell'appartamento, bagno in condivisione con altri non citato nell'annuncio e stato di pulizia molto carente , una puzza da vomitare

Attention pas de parking privé

Logement propre, merci à la dame qui fait le ménage et m à donnée toute les informations pour les clés et pour trouver le logement, personne très disponible qui répond très vite aux questions posées.

J ai loué un logement pour 4 jours, sur l annonce il est indiqué avec parking privé, C EST FAUX et ça serait bien que la propriétaire change cette information....Alors oui il y à des parkings privés dans la résidence mais jamais disponible, de plus le bip de la barrière ne fonctionne pas...Pour info pour les prochains locataires, il est quasi impossible de se garer à proximité, il faut compter entre 1 à 2 km du logement pour trouver un parking qui est payant la journée. J ai eu le malheur de mal me stationner la nuit, ça m à coûté 31,40 euros.. Sinon la qualité prix est bonne ,par contre si vous avez des valises ou avais quelques problèmes pour vous déplacer, n y allait pas ,nous ca va ,on avait pas de valise,juste 2 sacs à dos...

Giancarlo qui est le gérant de l'appartement (et non le propriétaire) était très gentil et accueillant. Il était désolé de la situation. L'environnement est calme.

L’hébergement dont le titre est trompeur était en réalité une chambre avec une petite salle de bain/toilette et une cuisine partagées avec d’autres « voyageurs », ce qui n’était pas mentionnée dans l’annonce originale. Nous pensions avoir un appartement en entier et ce n'était pas le cas. La mention Lux de l'appartement n'est pas correct. La salle de bain avait des moisissures au plafond et aucune accommodation (pas même le papier toilette). La chambre était propre mais la literie était moyenne (le matelas du grand lit était très dur). De plus l’hébergement se trouve à environ 20 minutes de marche minimum de la gare et dans un endroit très en pente et difficile d’accès (il ne vaut mieux pas avoir de bagages) et dans un quartier très populaire.
