Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is very good located- close to the sea, not far away from the port, and near the city center. We felt very welcome because Andrea and her family are so friendly, and she was always available for us to ask for recommendations, for example. We also appreciated the opportunity to have a private parking space for a fair price. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we visit Genova in the future. Thank you very much, Andrea :)

Frisch renoviertes Apartment (Laut Besitzerin im März 2025). Geschmackvoll, modern eingerichtet. Gut ausgestatteter Küchenbereich mit Essbereich und Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch). Zusätzlich noch ein Schlafzimmer und Bad. Extrem schnelle Internetverbindung (>900 Mbit/s in Down- und Upload). Optional kann man einen Parkplatz gegen 15€/Tag dazu buchen. Dieser befindet sich auf dem Grundstück hinter dem Haus. Zu- und Ausfahrt über zwei elektrische Tore.

Apartamento ideal, buena ubicación, limpio, decorado con buen gusto. Andrea, la propietaria, ha sido encantadora durante nuestra estancia cuidando todo lujo de detalles. Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario: toallas, cafetera, café, algún detalle sorpresa por parte de Andrea. Hemos estado como en casa. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% y volveremos seguro! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen, auch die Lage war super. ☺️

Wir hatten schöne Ferien in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Andrea war sehr besorgt und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Danke Andrea, für die tolle Betreuung. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige und extrem saubere Unterkunft. Alles war in der Nähe was wir brauchten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war für uns sehr praktisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles TOPP

Pobyt w apartamencie w Genui był naprawdę fantastyczny! Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i w pełni wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta, sklepów i restauracji, a jednocześnie spokojna i cicha okolica. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze dostępny, gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament wszystkim, którzy chcą komfortowo spędzić czas w pięknej Genui. Na pewno wrócimy!

Proprietari estremamente accoglienti, struttura meravigliosa, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, ed estremamente pulita. Semplice raggiungere le spiagge, e il centro città.

L'accoglienza, lo spazio, la posizione vicina ai servizi, la tranquillità, la disponibilità. Per chi come me ha i capelli molto lunghi, ho trovato un phone professionale!!!

Solo un miglioramento : qualche bottiglia di acqua in più e indicazioni più chiare sulla raccolta differenziata.
