Big apartment, very clean. Easy check-in and nice building.

The fact that the apartment was very cold and when i contacted the host she told me the air conditioning was only for the summertime. This should be advertised on the ad ( air conditioning only avalable on summer )

Great choice

The apartment is in a good location, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. Parking in front of the building (for a fee) is possible. The instructions sent by the owner for entering the apartment were clear. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is large, modern, bright, very clean and comfortable. It has a balcony, comfortable beds and a washing machine. The temperature inside the apartment was perfect.

The bathroom is lagging behind compared to the rest of the apartment. Also the hot water available in the bathroom is limited (in case more than 2 people stay in the apartment there must be a wait).

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There were 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our family of 4 and each had AC. The kitchen is quite spacious and the overall apartment is very nice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We will certainly come back to this accomodation.

Apartamento súper amplio con indicaciones sencillas para la llegada y para el funcionamiento de electrodomésticos, etc. En unos 15-20 minutos andando se llega a la catedral y centro histórico.

¡El hospedaje tenía todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo y como en casa! Además, súper amplio y limpio, con cocina y baño totalmente equipados. Habitaciones silenciosas. Sin duda volvería a quedarme allí en Génova.

Tutto bello Dalla posizione dell appartamento..due minuti dalla stazione di Brignole e atm che ti portano in ogni punto della città..all appartamento stesso..molto accogliente e pulito.. Molto spaziosa e attrezzata di tutto.. dalia cucina..alle attrezzature..molto utile la lavatrice.. Bè che dire Consiglio a tutti E noi ritorneremo sicuramente

Se devo trovare qualcosa che nn va direi secondo i miei gusti la TV presente solo nel soggiorno..preferivo averla anche in stanza da letto

Apartamento como nas fotos, tudo conservado, limpo., check in fácil, elevador no prédio, do lado do apartamento tem pizzaria e supermercado, pertinho do metrô e trem , roupa de cama de qualidade, fazem de tudo para deixar o hospede a vontade e confortável , nota 1000 !.

Grosse und helle Räume, übersichtlich, sauber, freundlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien,Decken, Badeartikel, Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen. Diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nostalgische Lift in dem riesen Treppenhaus.

Appartamento grande e confortevole. Pulito e ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort. Wifi veloce. Posizione ottima vicinissima alla stazione e con molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Proprietaria Gentilissima e attenta all ospitalità.

La amplitud del apartamento. Había bebida de cortesía. Aunque el edificio es antiguo el apartamento está muy bien acondicionado. Un poco alejado del centro pero la zona es muy tranquila

La grandeur du logement, les équipements, les petites attentions dans le frigo (bouteille bière, soda, eau), l'emplacement, la propreté, et la clim dans les chambres ouf ! avec la canicule on était refaite moi et ma fille :-)

Appartement exceptionnel.

Logement très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. A quelques minutes seulement de la gare et du métro. Petits commerces (boulangerie- épicerie Spar ) à proximité.

Rue bruyante la nuit si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes mais le double vitrage est très efficace !

Fantastico

Appartamento molto bello e grande . Situato a circa 30 minuti dal centro ,ma è una passeggiata piacevole e non faticosa ,anche con bimbi piccoli (che stanno nel passeggino 😂) Nell’appartamento c’è tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno . L’appartamento dispone di ascensore La cosa che mi ha lasciato colpita è la pulizia dell’appartamento e degli asciugamani ,bianchi e profumatissimi . Altra cosa molto buona il check in automatico con la cassetta di sicurezza . Molto gradite le bevande fresche all’arrivo e l’acqua potabile del rubinetto in cucina . Peccato il nostro soggiorno sia durato solo una notte ,sicuramente torneremo .

Mi ha colpita l odore di pulito della biancheria. Non era un odore da profumatore. L'ambiente aveva preso aria, non c era puzza di chiuso, né di vissuto, spesso riscontrabile nei b&b. Letti molto comodi, varia scelta di cuscini con consistenze diverse. Buon caffè!

Se proprio devo essere pignola, il pavimento del bagno poteva essere pulito meglio in quanto ho notato residui degli ospiti precedenti.

Appartamento pulitissimo. I proprietari ci hanno offerto un rinfresco di benvenuto con birra e coca cola. Il bagno era super attrezzato per oggi occorrenza.
