Clean and great location.

The apartment was nice, spacious and in a great location for everything.

Way too hot, heating is managed centrally, the wall says it’s set at 21 degrees but the room temperature was 23 degrees and the heating was still on, continuously. Cold water - water is lukewarm in the evening and cold in the morning. I text the host to ask them to switch on the boiler earlier in the morning. They apologised for any inconvenience and said the water can take longer in the mornings to heat up. Nothing changed, 3 days of cold showers. Check in isn’t clear.

Quite clinical and dark no decent mirrors and storage for toiletries in bathroom This was shown at well over £250 a night but on offer down to the £90s I would have been mortified at the full price our property nearby the previous night was far superior for £90 Whilst the room was ok the advertised full price lulled you into a false sense of security hosts were great allowed an early bag drop we were honestly disappointed with the room many of the places room pictures were beautiful our room was a bit average That said we had a comfy bed and everything was clean

Excellent accommodation and location in historic center of Genova

Great central Location and lots of space, elevator access was easy to get bags to room. Appears Newly renovated. Excellent appliances for coffee and washing machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Heating worked very well, bed was firm and comfortable. Very quiet inside.

I think the property should have umbrellas available for visitors, along with some decoration on the walls of apartment. Plus clear written explanation of amenities inside. For example I put my clothes on the washing machine not know the capsules were already inside and was then told the capsules are inside the machine. I think the property should explain that we can call taxi ourselves for pick ups at piazza campetto instead of using their transfer service.

The wifi for the hotel was in a cupboard in our room & 2 out of 3 nights staff had to come in & re boot it This only took about 10 minutes each night & the staff was very nice

Top location, very nice apartment!

Top location, in the historic center, on a crowed road, which is safe in a city like Genoa. All the action, monuments, cathedral, restaurants, harbor, cafes, are a stone throw away. Very nice building, and the apartment recently renovated with good taste. Big rooms, and clean. Very responsive hosts.

Not so important for me , but helpful to know. Because of the super central location, the nearest parking is 800meters away, so we had to walk with our luggage. The air conditioning is central, so you cannot adjust it yourself, but every time you want to adjust it, you must send a message to the hosts to do so.

Don't stay here no air conditioning and management lies straight to your face.

Apartment does not have Air Conditioning. Check in girl and manager lied straight to our face multiple times came in to the apartment to "fix" the AC. All vents in the walls were covered with plastic covers and they repeatedly lied to our face and refused to move us to another apartment with AC. They were very dishonest and kept saying the AC would come out of the wood floor despite no vents being there. After this interaction did not feel safe there. Stay somewhere else do not stay here!!!

The accommodation is very central with easy access to attractions, cafes and restaurants.

Met all our needs. We would stay here again

It had beds for all of us, a family of 4, plus there was also a pull out sofa for families with more children. Very clean, spacious, close to old port, close to parking, close to many shops and restaurants, lots of cute tiny cobble stone streets for walking. The neighborhood might look sketchy at forst but we walked evwrywhere with our children well into the night and were safe. The owner also said that is a safe neighborhood.

Might be anproblem with very young children aince the kitchen is elevated but open to the hallway that is lower, yet without any railing. The owner meeta you at the locked front door, you must communicate the time of arrival. They are prompt to reply and will be there at the time you arrive. They will tell you where the parking is and you will have to walk from there with your luggage. About 7-10 min walk

Good location, modern apartments, a bit overpriced.

Very modern and new facilities

Wifi did not work in the bedroom or parts of the apartment. Bath was leaking and when communicated they didn’t do anything about it. Only 1 toilet roll paper available, for a 4 days stay so we had to ask for more. We had daily room service, however won’t notified of this.

Perfect, comfortable, newly renovated, big apartment in the historic center of Genoa. It is a very nice option for big families, we will choose it again when we come back to Genoa

Recommend enhancements • A mattress topper: The new bed mattress was simply too hard. My husband likes a firm mattress but even he said it was hard. I slept on the couch. • WhatsApp pre-Arrival message: “the front door to the building is locked. We will meet you at the front door if you have advised us if your arrival time. Reception is on Level 4, accessed by stairs or lift off the foyer.” Manu met us onsite after a small waiting period. • where to find the extra blanket - look under the tv cabinet • how to use induction cooktop (unless they were in a digital format that we missed?) - perhaps keep a printout in a kitchen draw eg Lo in english how to guides means low temperature; here it meant locked. • a shower shelf for guest shampoo and conditioner would be ideal. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful building with shops everywhere

Beautiful building and huge rooms. The Veranda was amazing but unfortunately it was raining and couldn’t utilize it much. Very close to Metro and buses.

Way too big for a solo traveler. The shower was really tiny though considering the size of the place. A large person could never fit in that space. I’m 5’10 160 and it was difficult

A Comfortable Stay with a Few Temperature Quirks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I landed, the airport pick-up service was exemplary—prompt, friendly, and efficient. It set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The property itself is impressive, boasting a central location that made exploring the city a breeze. The modern interior design and spacious layout of the hotel were immediately noticeable and added to the overall appeal. The rooms were generously sized, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The two bathrooms were well-stocked with a variety of amenities that catered to all my needs. Having a full kitchen in the room was a pleasant convenience that enhanced the overall experience.

There were a couple of temperature-related quirks that impacted my stay. The room heating system seemed to have a mind of its own, consistently maintaining a temperature around 25 degrees Celsius. While some may find this ideal, I personally prefer a cooler environment for sleeping, so it took some getting used to. The shower experience, unfortunately, was a bit inconsistent. On one day, the water temperature was quite hot, and on others, it barely reached a comfortably warm level. This fluctuation was a minor inconvenience but, I must admit, somewhat unexpected given the otherwise excellent facilities.
