Luxury in Centro - 3min Acquario

We received very clear instructions.

The smell of the alley where the lockbox was, but that's beyond the control of the owners.

Well located, few min to reach the sea, few min to groceries, few min to metro stations, few min to old town. The area you get used with it, actually some parts in italy are like this. We had no issues and the owner was very nice to us even when we remained out of the door with the keys inside the door :-) ... shits happen. We had no issue with the people around. Keep the main streets which mainmy all the time are busy. I saw also very bad comments because the impact of the surundings is huge when you come from different countries, but was all safe. Like in Italy, just take care of your wallet all around you go for visiting. From airport take bus and than metro, from railway station Principe or Brignole, go by metro. I ecperienced Principe by walking under 35 degrees and strange people from the railwaystation, better take metro. Check the local application yiu can easily install and pay with it via goigle wallet (2eur 110 min). 2 separate bedrooms, each room with own bath and air conditional. You can make fast an egg and a tea or coffee and have some things for breakfast in the fridge. Is not for people that plan to stay in the room cook and eat all the meals home. DM and carrefour very close, we went even to Coop which is big. The pool is at 15 min walk, we had great time there. And we reccomend the restaurant Tratoria San Giorgio, few minutes walk, near the metro station going to sea side. Best italian food possible. Walking to Porto Antico was cool, very close, same to Marina museum. St. Margerita by train is a nice location to visit, too. Thank you for sharing with us the apartment (we've been 3 mom, daughter and grandmother and we left safe, nothing happened around).

Would be helpful to have a tool to put towels to dry, why not also a washmaschine. Just a reccomandation. Otherwhise we felt good!

La mia esperienza personale non è stata della migliori. L’appartamento meriterebbe un 8, purtroppo ho avuto diversi problemi con lo staff dell’agenzia che lo gestisce. L’intenzione era quella di trascorrere un week end di relax con la mia famiglia invece ho passato una settimana a scrivere decine di messaggi ai gestori della struttura. Sia per segnalare guasti nell’appartamento mai sistemati (scarico doccia intasato, tavoletta water rotta, batterie scariche telecomandi dei televisori), sia per riavere indietro soldi della tassa di soggiorno erroneamente trattenuti da loro (ho dovuto aspettare tre settimane e circa 10 messaggi per riavere indietro una cifra tutto sommato modesta). A delle mie domande dettagliate ho sempre ricevuto risposte vaghe e imprecise da persone diverse che neanche si presentavano con nome cognome se non su mia specifica richiesta. Mi aspettavo di più, considerando il prezzo non proprio basso dell’appartamento. Sicuramente non ci tornerò in un prossimo soggiorno a Genova.

Scarico doccia intasato e telecomandi dei televisori non funzionanti. Mi è stato proposto l’Intervento di un tecnico che in realtà non è mai arrivato.
