Nice location but management needs to revise its services, especially for longer stays.

Although the area is on the noisy side it is a great location, loved the closeness to the shops, trattorias and sites; note that most shops are closed in August. It was extremely hot during our stay (<35C) and the AC was absolutely great/ Good washer/dryer

We rented that property for 10 days, we were given only one set of bed linen and 2 sets of towels. Furthermore this is a 2 bedroom apartment and there was no provision for bed linen for the second bedroom, which is absolutely unbelievable, who says that the 2 renters have to sleep in the same room and in the same bed? Note that 10 days rental do not allow for a change of linen or cleaning halfway trough, this is only provided for 100 Euros, a bit stiff. There are 2 bathrooms, and only one is equipped with a tiny shower, the other one has a huge tub, so useless for shower people. Note, only accessible via a small staircase. We dropped some water on the floor when we arrived and the kitchen paper I used to dry the floor came out brown... Bathtub was gritty, i.e. not very clean. No soap, body lotion or shampoo are provided. Trash and recycle collection are very unpractical. We had to insist in order to get 2 sets of keys; again 2 people cannot always come and go at the same time, specially over 10 days. Furniture are not particularly nice or comfortable, no coffee table and an old sofa bed. WIFI did not work well in master bedroom and not at all in master bathroom; not very surprising, walls are about 90 cm thick. The app they use for registration has many bugs and is very time consuming and frustrating, Much better versions do exist There were many annoying other little things, but we were really surprised by the lack of flexibility and the aggressiveness from management as well as cleaning crew for the extra hour we needed on the day of our departure. It is not a cheap rental and we found the quality/price ratio to be seriously lacking.

CasaViva -Lovely Trilo in Genoa review

Location is great. Very close to Aquarium, museums and Piazza de Ferrari. Lots of little restaurants around.

The keys are in a key box located on a side street. We were given the wrong code to open the box and since we were travelling with kids, after the whole day on a train, no one appreciated it. Apartment is on a very noisy street which makes it impossible to sleep unless you have very good earplugs. One of the conditions/rules to stay in the apartment is not to make loud noise after 10pm. It doesn't make any sense because there are people constantly talking and arguing/fighting outside. The apartment was more or less clean except the fridge. They also say something about WHO guidelines based on which they clean the apartment. There are no such guidelines. We kept receiving emails from the manager even after we had arrived re confirmation of booking.

Wunderschönes, modernes, grosses Apartment. Sehr geeignet für Familien. Es gibt alles für die kleinen vom babybett bis zum Hochstuhl und geschirr für kleinkinder. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es befindet sich sehr Zentral in einer Fussgänger zone. Super freundliche Verwaltung

L’appartamento è veramente spazioso e confortevole. La posizione per una gita di svago è perfetta, comodissima facile da raggiungere vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni di Genova e con molti servizi intorno.

Molto rumorosa, nella parte giorno sembra di essere in strada e via San Lorenzo è una via sempre molto rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte e nella parte notte sembrava di avere dei ragazzi che continuavano ad ascoltare musica a tutto volume in camera da letto. Parzialmente risolto grazie all’uso dei tappi per le orecchie offerti in struttura. Una sera ci eravamo comprati cose da mangiare a casa, ma nessuna delle tre padelle in dotazione riusciva a funzionare col piano induzione che non le riconosceva e abbiamo dovuto utilizzare l’unica pentola da pasta che funzionava per preparare tutta la cena.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé, tres propre et très spacieux

L’emplacement est ideal, près de tous les sites à visiter, l’appartement est très spacieux et très propre avec tous les équipement nécessaire, rien ne manquais. L’appartement est proche de toutes les commodités. Les hôtes sont attentifs et ils sont joignable à tout moment. L’appartement est au premier étage mais il y a un ascenseur, cependant il y a quelques marches à monter avant. Le logement est bien insonorisé car il est sur une rue principale mais nous n’avons pas entendu de bruit, de plus le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Nous avons étais ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Csodás elhelyezkedés, tágas terek, tiszaság, esztétikus es kényelmes berendezés. Jó, hogy volt bekészítve tea és kávé.

Hideg volt, annak ellenére, hogy feltekertük a fűtést. A serpenyők nem kompatibilisek az indukciós főzőlappal, ezért nem tudtuk őket használni. Nem volt mosogatószivacs.
