Good location

We made a reservation for 5 people, but the same evening of our arrival the employee of this company started calling and texting us that in our reservation we did not mentioned the ages of our 3 children, that`s why we were obliged to pay € 360 extra… Otherwise he was threatening to kick us out with children in the middle of the night without paying back the amount of €1.650,24, which we already paid for 8 days… So we paid, but afterwards we checked and the price does not change at all if you make a reservation for 3 baby’s >1 or for children of 7, 13 and 14 years old. So we paid for 8 people and we were with 5 people. These are just scammers and to my opinion booking.com must be careful with cooperating with such companies! Moreover the beds were awful and construction works were taking place in the building, so we were awake every morning at 8.00 am because of drilling and breaking of stones… Moreover we saw 2 huge cockroaches in the apartment, kids were terrified. The dishwasher was not working and the airconditioning in the bedroom was leaking… No daylight in the appartment.

Esperienza positiva

Un punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione dell'appartamento: in centro, molto comodo per visitare il centro storico. La camera è decisamente spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con ogni servizio possibile (aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piatti, bicchieri, pentole); comodissimi i due bagni. Bellissimo il colore delle stanze.

Un punto debole è la mancanza di parcheggio. Per chi arriva con l'auto e deve necessariamente parcheggiarla nei parcheggi comunali, il servizio è decisamente molto costoso, che non si puo' preventivare al momento della prenotazione delle camere su booking, ma che è da considerarsi. Per far capire, da venerdi ore 22 fino a domenica ore 16 circa abbiamo pagato 91 euro di parcheggio auto nel parcheggio comunale.

Ottima posizione attaccata al porto antico di Genova, la casa è spaziosa e ben climatizzata. Letto comodo e casa pulita.

Sostituirei gli shampoo monouso che sono di difficile apertura.

Bella esperienza.

Appartamento fresco. Ottimo 2 bagni, divano molto comodo. Posizione centrale, non abbiamo ma mai dovuto prendere l'auto durante vacanza.

Finestre che hanno tutte i palazzi subìto accanto, senza panorama, quindi casa non tanto luminosa.

Ottima posizione. Molto spaziosa e simpaticamente colorata. Dotata di tutti i comfort.Silenziosa di notte.Staff gentile.

Mancava qualche utensile della cucina come ciotole per insalata e canovacci per le mani ....secchi per l' immondizia uno solo quindi non ho potuto fare la differenziata....mancavano le tabs per la lavastoviglie....il doccino del bagno viola quasi totalmente attappato dal calcare ..

Bon séjour, appartement spacieux, climatisé et très bien placé

Emplacement parfait en plein cœur du centre historique de Gênes, au pied du port antique!

L'appartement est en pleine "zone à trafic limité" et personne ne nous a prévenu! Ce qui fait que nous sommes entrés dans la zone avec la voiture pour décharger, et une belle amende nous attend au retour! Ce qui est regrettable c'est que nous avions anticiper le probleme du parking en contactant l'hôte plusieurs semaines en avance, et qu'à aucun moment il nous a informé pour la ZTL...mauvaise communication, qui coûte cher ! Le second problème est qu'il est indiqué qu'il y a un parking dans l'annonce, or il n'y a pas de parking attitré, il faut aller au parking public (à 5 min à pied) et payant (15euros max par 24h)...

Ottima posizione per visitare la città e l'Acquario

perfetta posizione per visitare il centro storico della città e l'Acquario. Appartamento grande e confortevole . Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma pareva comunque attrezzata a sufficienza. L'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza ed è funzionante.

Purtroppo in bagno abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi risaliti dallo scarico della doccia. sarà sicuramente un problema di fognature della città ma non è stato piacevole. Il parcheggio non è presente presso la struttura e, quindi, non compreso nel prezzo come parrebbe dalla descrizione ma a circa 500 metri (Marina Park) .

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico e molto vicino all'acquario. Panificio e pasticceria praticamente sotto casa e supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi.

Straordinaria posizione, con buoni margini di miglioramento la manutenzione e la pulizia

Straordinaria la posizione, cucina ben attrezzata e un bel frigorifero, utile anche se come noi esci la mattina e torni la sera. Accanto al portone c'è un buon ristorante che fa anche asporto, un forno e una Conad. C'è anche un parco giochi per bambini di fronte. Si può arrivare ovunque a piedi in un attimo. La struttura rientra in una zona servita da taxi a prezzo fisso per l'aeroporto 25 euro

Bagni non manutenuti (docce con porte che non si chiudevano, mattonelle staccate, colonna doccia pericolante) e puliti molto superficialmente, non c'era coprimaterasso e i materassi erano indecenti (sformati e poco puliti), vale lo stesso per il divano. Secondo piano senza ascensore. Siamo andati lì con il bambino di 3 anni e nonostante dal giorno della prenotazione avessimo avuto più colloqui in chat whatsapp e al telefono e la cosa fosse anche stata segnalata nelle note nessuno ci avvisati in anticipo del sovrapprezzo che avremmo dovuto pagare appena arrivati. Su booking non è evidente il sovrapprezzo per il late check-in e l'indirizzo esatto della struttura.

A két fürdőszoba miatt nagyobb baráti társaságnak is jó.

Az elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó helyen van. A tisztaság is megfelelő.

Nincs lift. A zuhanykabin tolóajtaja csak 45 fokos szögben megdöntve volt használható. A teljes konyhához szerintem konyharuha is tartozna. 3 személynek 4 napra adtak 6 sampont.

La posizione è ottima, ztl ma parcheggio poco distante. Comoda all’acquario e ciò che lo circonda.

Struttura con ottime potenzialità ma poco pulita. Divano sporco, tavoletta del wc staccata, pavimento poco pulito. Malgrado lo avessi segnalato appena entrati e malgrado i divieti, un odore di fumo terribile.

POSIZIONE OTTIMALE PER CHI VIAGGIA CON BAMBINI, LA CASA ERA MOLTO GRANDE ED ACCOGLIENTE, PECCATO LA PULIZIA, ERA PIENA DI POLVERE, UN BAMBINO ERA ALLERGICO, MENO MALE CHE LA MAMMA AVEVA TUTTO L'OCCORRENTE PER LE CRISI ALLERGICHE. NELLA CASA NON ANDAVA L'ARIA CALDA SOPRATTUTTO NELLE CAMERE E AVENDO 4 BAMBINI PICCOLI NON E' STATO PIACEVOLE, IN QUANTO FACEVA FREDDO, ABBIAMO DORMITO CON I GIUBBOTTI.

Большая квартира рядом с Аквариумом Генуя. Два раздельных санузла, но почти не было горячей воды и это большой минус. В квартире есть все от посуды до стиральной машины. Рядом (соседний дом) есть пицца и кофейня.

Толком нет горячей воды помыться.

La situación del apartamento

En una de las duchas, cuando te duchabas, del desagüe salía agua marrón con porquería, el agua caliente salía a veces y poca potencia de agua. Las paellas, están todas en mal estado, es un segundo piso sin ascensor (para tener en cuenta si va gente mayor), el mantenimiento y la limpieza dejan bastante que desear.
