Dosn’t present as advertised. Spartan 2 bed apartment with cheap and old furnishings and is a general dispointment in va

Location was good with good access to several local attractions, several restaurants and transport.

Spartan with cheap decor and bedding. The “harbour view” advertised was a glimpse of part of a Marina when you craned your neck around the side of a small verandah. Television didn’t work for first 2 nights and until staff came over and fixed it after an hour. No doonas or blankets on beds and eventually found some new single bed doonas in a cot set up in main bedroom. Little annoyances such as beds not made up, no kettle, no tea towels, no washing up detergent, etc.

Brilliant spot and parking is a definite bonus.

The arrival video was very helpful. The location was brilliant. Right at the marina with a couple of waterfront restaurants only a 2 minute walk. The Big Red Bus stop and Tourist Information Office and several attractions were also only a 5 minute walk.

Bay side Accomadation in Genoa.

Great location. Close to metro and 1 stop to Plazza train station Aquarium is nearly next door. As well as close to Cruise terminals. Host was easy to communicate with and was accomadating for an earlier check in die to debarking from a cruise. Would recommend to anyone who would like to spend time in Genoa. We will def stay again

Good location, had a washer, nice kitchen, needs a better shower head and a normal size bathtub.

The location was walking distance to local restaurants Soho, very nice, Amore’ Pesto pop up on the wharf, so good. The bedrooms and living room with kitchen were nice.

The apartment smelled of smoke but within an hour housekeeping came back and bombed the place with lemon fragrance, made it so much better, but disappointed that it was not done before we arrived. No real shower it is mid level, the tub is too small to sit in, very narrow-Uncomfortable! Garage provided was very dark, too small to fit the vw van we rented.

Was good to have the washing machine.

We booked the room for the balcony and view of the water however; there was scaffolding around the building and also work being done on the balcony, this prevented us from being able to use it. We would not have booked this apartment had we been advised that it could not be used.

Exceptional

We loved the location, first and foremost. Right on the waterfront in the old port. Everything we wanted to see or do, or needed was an easy walk away, the car left securely in the easy to access, secure carpark. The apartment itself was really clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. We spent nearly five days here and weren't tripping over each other. We'd happily come back.

Location was good.

A loophole of Booking.com, properties list AC but when you arrive they make an excuse for it not working. Here they said the government made them switch it off. Even though we just arrived from another hotel in Sanremo that had working AC. Entire apartment was hot and muggy as a result and we couldn’t sleep well at all. Ruined our stay. Restaurant opposite meant noisy at night. Instructions to leave this place are unlike anything I’ve seen. Threatening fines if we don’t empty our own rubbish and ‘put everything back where we found it’. It seems they wanted us to prepare it for the next guest. Penny pinching everywhere. Would never stay here again.

Escapade 3 nuits/2 jours 2 grands-parents+2 adultes+2 enfants

L'emplacement. A 5 min à pied de l'aquarium et du musée de la mer. Une supérette devant l'immeuble. Le box parking en sous-sol parfait pour laisser sa voiture en sécurité pendant notre séjour. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Tous les échanges avec le propriétaire se sont fait par WhatsApp et il était réactif et le parcours à suivre à notre arrivée était mis dans une vidéo youtube. Notre arrivée et notre départ étaient autonomes.

Un petit aspirateur dans le logement aurait été pratique pour le nettoyage du quotidien.

Appartement sur l’eau

Appartement à la marina, sur l’eau donc un peu à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Deux grandes chambres, une salle de bain avec douche, salon et cuisine équipée. Proximité de la vieille ville et de nombreux bons restaurants. Nous avons tout fait à pied et apprécié de pouvoir passer des nuits tranquilles. Parking sous le bâtiment top également!

Ganz tolle Lage um den Porto Antico und das historische Zentrum zu ergründen Auch die dazugehörige Garage unter dem Gebäude war perfekt, ob ein sehr grosses Auto passt wissen wir nicht Sehr ruhige Lage ! Supermarkt direkt gegenüber

Wir mussten durch die Tiefgarage ins Haus da der Hausschlüssel sich nicht drehen liess Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche und in einem Schlafzimmer, die Leistung liess allerdings zu wünschen übrig Im zweiten Schlafzimmer blieb es sehr warm Im Bad lief das Wasser im Waschbecken kaum ab, bei der Benutzung der Waschmaschine läuft das Waschbecken über wenn man das Wasser nicht rechtzeitig ausschöpft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut aber die Probleme blieben

Séjour très agréable dans un bon logement

Nous avons aimé la localisation, le parking privé, la propreté du logement, la disponibilité de propriétaire et les petits gestes d attention ( l eau fraîche a l arrivée et les petits biscuits). La climatisation dans le salon était très agréable vu la chaleur que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour.

L absence de climatisation dans la chambre des enfants et la climatisation un peu bruyante dans la chambre des parents.

В близост до центъра на града и удобен транспорт до забележителностите на града- близо до гарата, където може да вземете Hop On- Hop off автобуси за панорамната обиколка на Генуа. Климатизиран апартамент, което беше голям плюс. Комуникацията с домакините е много лесна и бързо ни отговаряха на зададените въпроси. Упътването за настаняване е много добро и бързо ще намерите локацията. Гаражът е голямо предимство- голям и точно под сградата. В близост до магазини и ресторанти- сутрин има прясно изпечена фокача, която беше много вкусна.

Може би се нуждае от обновяване, вратите на шкафовете скърцат, но това не наруши нашият престой. Благодаря за гостоприемството!

La posizione è super, le stanze sono ampie e comode.

La pulizia, Putroppo c’era molta polvere ovunque e il pavimento era sporco, bicchiere e stoviglie non erano particolarmente puliti. Nella zona doccia in bagno l’angolo con la muffa non era particolare piacevole.

Appartamento accogliente a pochi passi dal porto di Genova

Appartamento pulito in zona super centrale a pochi minuti all'acquario! Stanze molto comode e spazi molto grandi! Veramente top l'utilizzo del garage a disposizione!

Alcuni dettagli della struttura erano un po' datati, ma nel complesso l'appartamento è molto pulito e molto accogliente

Zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar (Aquarium, Galata, Stadt), Ordner mit diversen Tipps (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants etc.) vorhanden, Self-Check-in hat einwandfrei geklappt. PP in Garage vorhanden, etwas eng aber machbar (wir hatten einen Kombi), grosszügige, saubere Wohnung (mit Bade- sowie Handtücher, Duschgel und sogar Toilettenpapier, Tabs für die Spülmaschine)

Une location bien située, dont l'attrait a été altéré par le chantier en cours.

Appartement bien équipé, bien placé, proche du coeur historique de Gênes. Restaurants à proximité sur le port, ambiance festive le week-end.

Un échafaudage avait été dressé sur la façade de l'immeuble et les travaux étaient censés être terminés une semaine avant notre arrivée. C'est ce qui nous a été dit lorsque j'ai interrogé l'agence. Le balcon était inutilisable et la vue obstruée par un filet. La luminosité de l'appartement en a également pâti. Aucun geste commercial n'a toutefois été consenti, malgré ma réclamation qui n'a pas été suivie d'effet, visiblement. J'estime que la prestation n'est pas conforme à l'annonce, d'autant que personne ne nous a avisés de la situation.
