Decent accommodation for a short stay

We Stayed one night to take the ferry the next morning. The location was thus perfect.

The apartment is not the most quiet, as it looks over an uphill road with some traffic.

Nice apartment quite central

The apartment was nice. Everything was as advertised. It had ventilators but no a.c. like described, but the hosts also have a.c. Apartments. If in the hot summer days you prefer ac to ventilator just ask in advance if there is availability. Keeping the windows open and the shutters down was also an option but then it was too loud. For us it was fine since it was just one night. Bus station is right across the street and it is walking distance to the port and the Center.

Well maintained, clean and renovated overall. Host was very nice, helped us with the luggage prior to check in time. Excellent stay overall.

Excellent value for money spacious flat

Excellent value for money spacious flat. Very nice and helpfull lady who let us in and was constantly on the phone when we had questions ( for example heating instructions). Albeit not in the old town its only 3-4 minutes walk to the metro station and you are 3 stations away only to the old town. Also not far from the main railway station ( 1 metro stop) Nearby is a big supermarket. Would stay again if in Genoa and recommend to friends.

Well i liked most of the things but having a coffee maschine and a kettle would have been a plus.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la città è davvero bella

Posizione comoda molto vicina al centro distante 8/10 minuti di macchina dall’acquario. Molto comodo il supermercato situato di fronte dove si può anche lasciare la macchina. La casa è spaziosa e pulita. Munita di ogni necessità per cucinare in casa pentole/stoviglie/posate e anche le cose di prima necessità (olio/sale/zucchero/caffè). Ci sono anche microonde/lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La padrona molto gentile ci ha fatto trovare il riscaldamento acceso dal mattino cosi al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa calda, molto piacevole in quanto in questi giorni fa davvero freddo e abbiamo 2 bambini piccoli.

Forse l’unico puntino è l’ascensore un po’ piccolo per le famiglie numerose e con il funzionamento un po macchinoso in quanto serve un telecomandino per salire e scendere.

Una notte a Genova

Appartamento molto carino composto da camera da letto, cameretta, saloncino, bagno e cucina, ottimo per 4 persone. Molto ben collegato, una fermata autobus davanti il portone e la metro Dinegro vicinissima distante circa 5 minuti a piedi. Appartamento pulito e fornito delle maggior parte di elettrodomestici necessari. Host disponibilissima per qualsiasi problema con risposte rapide e chiarissima nelle info per accedere all'appartamento. Prezzo per una famiglia molto conveniente.

La strada sotto il palazzo è molto trafficata, anche se l' appartamento è situato ai piani alti si sente abbastanza il rumore dei mezzi che transitano. L' ascensore del palazzo è molto piccolo, non entra il passeggino e più di due-tre persone per volta. Materassi e cuscini non perfetti nel comfort ma ho provato di peggio.

Une très belle expérience !

J’ai voyagé avec ma femme et mes trois filles. L’appartement correspondait en tout point à la description. Nous avons eu les indications pour récupérer les clefs juste avant notre arrivée et Kate était disponible à distance pour des informations complémentaires. Nous avons pu nous garer à proximité du logement, très propre et à seulement 8 min du centre ville historique en voiture. L’appartement était très propre et les serviettes en nombre. On a juste regretté l’abscence de climatisation qui a été bien compensée par des ventilateurs efficaces dans les pièces principales. Je recommande vivement cet appartement : nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable moment.

Günstige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Hafens

Nähe zum Hafen für die Fähre nach Korsika. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es hat Gratisparkplätze in der Nähe. Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Für den Besuch von Genua ist es zu wenig zentral.

Kein persönlicher Empfang. Der Zugang zur Wohnung bekommt man über Email. Leider wurde uns eine so grosse Datei geschickt, dass sie nicht komplett ankam und wir vor Ort anrufen mussten, da wir das Zahlenschloss nicht fanden. Der Aufzug ist sehr schmal und klein. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock. Keine Restaurants in näherer Umgebung.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia famiglia,due bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento bello pulito e curato! Con libri da leggere nella stanza dei bambini, sicuramente torneremo! La proprietaria molto gentile ☺️

Tolle, geräumige Aufenthalt in Genua, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und nette Vermieter!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung in Genua! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren sechstägigen Aufenthalt im Mai, zu zweit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Trotz der Nähe zum Hafen und an einer stärker befahrenen Straße konnten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster problemlos schlafen was mir sehr wichtig ist, da die Wohnung in einer höheren Etage liegt und somit ausreichend abgeschirmt ist. Der Aufzug funktioniert einwandfrei, was den Zugang sehr bequem macht. Paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen wunderschönen Park, der sich ideal für Spaziergänge eignet, sowie ein gemütliches Café und einen Supermarkt, die alles in der Nähe bieten. Das Finden kostenloser Parkplätze war ebenfalls kein Problem, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Genua sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern lief gut, obwohl sie kaum Deutsch sprechen und wir nur wenig Italienisch konnten – dank Google hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Appartement confortable, lumineux car au dernier étage , cuisine équipée très pratique. Assez bien équipé.

Manque quelques petites fournitures d'hygiène lorsqu'on est à plusieurs. Beaucoup de fenêtres permettent d'aérer mais il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement ( 28 degrés). Une climatisation aurait été formidable.
