Location is unbeatable. The apartment is very charming, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable.

There are a lot of decos and objects, which contribute to the charm, but were a bit dusty, especially the books, which was minor discomfort for my dust allergy.

Very comfortable stay in a fantastic location

The apartment is right on the edge of the old town and gives easy access to cafes, restaurants and of course the old town to browse. It’s spacious, well equipped and has air conditioning in every room which is a bonus for an apartment under the roof. The apartment is on the 7th floor which is a bit of a hike since there is no elevator, but it is well worth the effort.

For a taller person the roof is rather low in some areas of the house such as the second bedroom and the kitchen, which was a little inconvenient according to my husband who is 1,90m

The layout and architectural features of the apartment were unique/interesting yet super comfortable and warm. Loved that there was air conditioning!!!

The ONLY critique would be the 7 flights of stairs you have to hike to get to the room. However it was worth the extra effort!

I didn’t like the eight flight of stairs you had to climb to get there!! if you have lot luggage pick a few things bc you will not want to carry everything up and down the stairs!! I wish there was water waiting for you bc I was dripping sweat!! wish there was an elevator!!

It was our oasis in the heart of Genova!!! A beautifully furnished apartment with a patio overlooking the harbour. The owner Enrico replied immediately and solved the problem when the neighbours appartment had a waterpipe problem (which could have affected the whole building) on a Sunday.

Superb apartment. Bellissimo appartamento.

Comfortable and very pleasant apartment and very well located to discover the historical center of the beautiful city of Genova. Beautifully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), spacious bathroom with large shower. The port is very close and there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets right next door, as well as a subway station; this is very convenient to reach the train station and discover the Cinque Terre by train (which is the best). Beautiful terrace with trees and a view of the sea that allows you to relax. Very friendly host, available and receptive. There is no elevator as it is indicated but it is easy to get up with practice and the building has a lot of charm.

Great city break in November visiting the Aquarium and some museums of Genoa.

We were two families with kids staying here for a city break and had a wonderful time. The location is just great, walking distance from Aquarium, Galata Museum and historical center. But apart from this, the actual time spent in the apartment in the mornings and evenings was great. A lot of details scattered throughout the house to be observed, from pictures and design objects to plants. Then there were books for the kids and us to discover and a bunch of classical board games to have fun with. It is a house where you don't get bored, all these things around you sparkle conversations and imagination.

We loved our staying at this cool apartment! Nice cooling terrace, fast WiFi and great located near the harbor. The stair up to the apartment was a bit of a challenge but worth it.

Cool apartment, great location and value, lots of stairs!

The apartment is truly one-of-a-kind. The design and space is super cool! Check-in/check-out were super easy and Enrico was great at communicating with us. The balcony and view towards the harbor was also great! We only stayed one day and were largely just exploring Genova, so didn't spend much time in the apartment. But it was conveniently located to the main parts of the city and wasn't too far from the train station.

As others have also said, the stairs. If you have a lot of luggage (like we did) or are only staying for a short time (like we did), this may not be the ideal place. It was exhausting to make it up all 7 flights with the luggage.

Little gem hidden away

This place feels like home, it’s been furnished with so many little details and the balcony is great overlooking the port. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It’s on the last floor and there’s no lift but It’s totally doable. The home is warm and comfy exactly like in the pictures. I will for sure come back!

Etage ist, ohne Lift ca 128 hohe Stufen füe ein älteres Ehepaar wie wir äusserst!!! anstrengend wenn wir das Gwusst hätten, hätten wir das Appartment nicht gebucht außerdem ist die Einrichtung wirklich renovierungsbedürftig

Accès à l’appartement au 7 eme étage sans ascenseur (bon courage pour les valises) appartement alambiqué (cuisine qui donne sur la salle de bains…)salle de bains en état de délabrement (peintures écaillées, trou dans le mur , tiges métalliques rouillées apparentes…) .Quand au chargeur de voiture électrique, il s’agit d’un parking public ; obligation de faire appel au gardien qui appelle sa direction pour lancer la charge . Prix prohibitif pour les prestations.

Geweldig, aangenaam en rustig. Ideale ligging, in de oude stad. Het was warm maar met de airco heel aangenaam. Klein leuk terrasje met mooi zicht. Smaakvol ingericht en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

De trappen? Maar dit is niks eenmaal je boven bent en je bent het snel gewoon.

Très bel appartement, atypique et charmant ! Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir Gênes.

- Logement atypique, beau, bien meublé et décoré. - Appartement confortable et fonctionnel. - Très bonne localisation. - Terrasse très agréable. - Logement calme.

- L'accès et le stationnement voiture n'est pas si simple... On trouve effectivement des places dans les parkings payants alentours, mais la circulation est un peu complexe et les prix grimpent vite. - L'absence d'ascenseur n'est pas indiquée... Ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand on doit porter les valises d'une famille de 5 personnes (les enfants ont compté 133 marches ;-) ) ! - Le paiement de la taxe de séjour mériterait d'être clarifié, les informations ne sont pas les même sur le site et dans le logement (prix et mode de paiement).
