Not terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is perfect if you want to visit the aquarium because it’s literally less than a 5 min walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and grocery nearby too. The staff was kind and super helpful when we had problems and they came to our aid quickly. Kitchen was stocked enough for us.

The apartment is bare and would have been better if there were some small investments. The bed was not comfortable and was uneven and the pillows need updating. There need to be extra places to hang towels and there is close to zero natural light.

Very good quiet place, but there is no view

We did have fun exploring, checking out the alleys and some great cafes with good coffee all in short walking distance.

Really big with big bedroom, lounge, seperate kitchen and good size bathroom. Location is close to port and historic areas, only downside is really seedy part of town but if you have your wits about you it makes for great exploring.

We stayed 3 nights, no change of towels and the undesirables hanging around the close area.

Great appartment in Genova.

Great clean 1bed apartment on 2nd floor, with separate kitchen, living room and bathroom. Plenty of space to relax. Inner Courtyard view only. Safe and quiet. Location great, most sites walkable and Metro San Giorgio short walk away. Close to the Port and aquarium. Numerous bars and restaurants around. Fresh pesto shop on corner, metres from main door.

Rabbit warren alleys, can easily get lost, so carry a smartphone. Outside main door looks drab and untidy.

Nice place at great lockation

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, we were met at check-in and everything was explained. The location is wonderful, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, yet it is very quiet. Fast internet as well.

Clean & comfortable apartment in great location for seeing Genoa

Comfortable, clean apartment with air conditioning and reliable wifi in great central location. Helpful staff. Kitchen with good basic supplies; kettle provided on request.

The outside of the building looks very rundown and derelict. But the inside was well-maintained and as a female solo traveller I felt safe coming back at 10/11 at night - places still open nearby, etc.

Just what we needed!

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located and within walking distance to many places. Carrefour just around the corner. Host speaks English, Italian and Spanish. She’s very kind and welcoming. Thank you!

perfect place to stay in Genova, thank you U genova

we liked everything. the apartment was very clean , and sound proof. polite and very kind staff. the location was awesome. we will come back for sure. it was near many good restaurants 😍

the only negative point could be the AC control. it was central, and we could not change or adjust it based on our preferences. there was not also an iron in the appartament. not so much important for us, but good to know.

Nice staff and great location.

The location is great. If you are coming from the train station, go from the main street and not the alleyways near the train station(they feel not safe). Note that the hotel location itself and surroundings are safe, the issue is just the root you go by walking

Location is very near to our tourist destinations, All property is very very clean and staff is very helpful and kind,me and my all family members want to stay more days,

The location was good even if it was scary during the evening when the shops are closed.

The smell in the apartment was not so clean. I felt the humidity even in the towels which seemed wet. Apartment is not so cute like in the pictures

Central. Safe. Super.

Very central location. Quiet side street. Comfortable beds. Large sofa bed. Bathroom separate from bedroom. Lift to all floors. Supermarket and bakery just a few steps away. Access to building secured with use of fob and keys .

Taxi cannot drop/pick up out side as area pedestrianised. Need to pull suitcases over uneven surfaces to get to/from property.

Hosts were very kind. The apartment is in the walking zone, so all convenient stores are very close. City center is close.

Apartment does not have the control unit for Air condition. It is in the apartment next to this one and you can not turn off airco during the night. We were freezing... and there was no such note - what to do in this case...

The bed in the living room was very unconfortable. There was no holder for the toilet paper, and nowhere to put the tiny shower gel in the shower. We found the toilet paper placed on the toilet brush..

Genoa has Interesting buildings and fun friendly people but no public toilets.

Very central. Clean and well furnished. Property managers onsite who accommodated our early arrival.

We requested aircon but were told it’s too early in the year (25+ outdoors)! Difficult to find with Google Maps.

Exceptional

Very nice and confortable place for families with children. We were here with our 9 years old daughter. It's situated on a quiet street at a 5 min walking distance from the Port, Aquarium, Piazza Ferrari. For breakfast, there are several options nearby, coffee shops or restaurants and there is also a Carrefour market right there. I definetly recomand this place!

Perfect location in the city center, very friendly host, the place had everything we need

the place could be little bit cleaner, the wine opener that we had was broken also sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable because it had hollow in the center.
