Excellent location, and Carlo was very welcoming and helpful. The aircon was good-essential as it didn’t cool down much at night.
A balcony would be ideal, but you are very unlikely to get that in the old town.

Mi è piaciuto molto la pulizia e l'ordine all'interno dell'appartamento, molto confortevole e vicino a tutto.
Purtroppo essendo un palazzo antico, l'acqua calda non c'era sempre ma il proprietario aveva avvisato e quindi eravamo pronti.

The space was big and well organised. The air con was working perfectly. The house has iron, hairdryer, many trash cans and so much spaces to leave your luggage and stuff. Right in the historic center of Genova. The manager explained everything and welcomed us. We would definitely choose it again.
Nothing bad or negative. The building is in the old center so as the manager explained it needs some patience with the water situation. It was not hidden as an issue but instead he helped us. The only thing we noticed it's that a couch situation might be missing but we managed to sit all together in the dining area.
