Amazing stay and host

We like the size of the property. It was clean and very comfortable. The flat is very close to the bus stop and it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the main attractions of the city! Big thanks to the host, he was very friendly, responsive and helped us with any issues that we had. Also, he has an amazing pizza place and I would recommend it to try while you are there.

Great place to stay

Location is good, close to bus stop, metro. So city center was easy to reach.There is great pizza place nearby, just need to climb a lot of stairs. Apartment was specious, quiet and comfortable. Beds was also very comfortable. Host was amazing and we felt really welcome. Especially with supplementary treats we got. We arrived by car and there was no big issues with parking.

A bit far , sound insulation to be redone, work or other repair from a neighbor at 8 a.m. on a Saturday, drill and hammer... (but hey not the host's fault)

Proprietario ha annullato la prenotazione perché ha sbagliato a inserire prezzo alle ore 17:30 di sera lasciandoci in una spiacevole situazione dicendo che non poteva riceverci per guadagnare solo 11 euro a persona a sera quando la struttura era vuota per svariati giorni

Onestà ti correttezza e disponibilità

La disponibilità dell'host. Siamo arrivati tardi, ben oltre l'orario indicato per il check in eppure, senza nessun problema, ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Ho dimenticato la borsa in casa, me ne sono ricordata quando ero già a Bergamo e l'host si è preso il disturbo di spedirmi tutto per posta, con pacco assicurato, compreso un peluches di mio figlio che nemmeno ricordavo di aver lasciato lì. El apartamento es bastante amplio y tiene todas las comodidades requeridas para ir varias personas. El baño espacioso y el espacio de la cocina comedor amplio. Contaba con botellas de agua y con los accesorios necesarios en la cocina para cocinar.

Posiblemente mejorar las almohadas muy planas.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, gepflegt und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Zudem war der Besitzer äußerst freundlich!

Unterkunft ist etwas schwer zu erreichen da sie recht weit oben am Hang gelegen ist. Das ist aber alles in allem nicht so schlimm und der Besitzer hat uns sogar angeboten uns zum Bahnhof oder Flughafen zu fahren, damit wir unser Gepäck nicht tragen müssen.
