Happy Family Apartments Cathedral

De locatie is fantastisch, in het mooiste plekje van de binnenstad en op loopafstand van de aanbevolen parkeergarage. Het appartement is ruimtelijk en de airco houdt de temperatuur dragelijk. Het team houdt per whatsapp contact en reageert snel en vriendelijk

Het appartement heeft achterstallig onderhoud. De helft van de verlichting doet het niet, meubilair is aan vervanging toe, het keukenblad is gebroken en er is veel schimmel in de badkamer.

Location in city center , rustic building and very nice view from the living room . Staff gave acces to earlier check in time after my request = 10* points :) Around the building there were coffee shops, drinks, and food stalls, so nothing was missing, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 5 Minutes walking to reach the Port / Acuarium / Pirate Ship / Liguria Via Mare Ship / Metro Station .

All the alleys of the neighborhood smell of ammonia or dampness, and this was also present on the stairs leading to the building (part of the plaster had fallen to the ground in the form of dust and pieces 1 floor). It was a challenge in itself to climb up to the apartment, but we are young and since we had problems, it is not recommended for people of advanced age. One small bathroom , and the larger one has ceiling with mold caused by dampness.. Ac + Tv remotes without batteries , have some time to figure out how to use lights inside apartment .

La posizione è davvero ottima. Davanti alla cattedrale di Genova, in pieno centro storico con porto e carruggi a due passi. Anche la casa è bella, si vede che c'è la mano di un architetto

Purtroppo ci sono un sacco di piccole cose che sono rotte o non funzionano: interruttori che non accendono nulla, luci che si staccano, una generale mancanza di piccola manutenzione che mi ha dato dispiacere: è davvero un appartamento notevole, ma sembra abbandonato a se stesso
