The apartment was charming and cozy, with a lovely homey feel
The location was excellent – everything we needed was close by. The apartment was charming and cozy, with a lovely homey feel. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Although the street outside was lively at weekend, no noise could be heard inside the apartment. A beautiful cathedral worth visiting was located right in front of the building.
The only small downside was the slow drainage in the shower of the larger bathroom.

The location was amazing, the instructions to get to the location were easy, and the rooms were very clean.

A nice stay, but with some problems.
The location was excellent, just in front of the San Lorenzo Church. You are just located in the center of Genova! Every room had air conditioning.
We did not find the entrance key in the box at the entrance of the building. This caused a delay to have access to the property. The property was not cleaned up at our arrival and the man who brought the key made the cleaning as well, during more than one hour. There is no elevator.

La ubicación muy buena. Para hacer todo caminando. Son 3 pisos por escalera.
La luz se cortaba si poníamos 2 electrodomésticos juntos. Hay que tener cuidado con la electricidad. También hemos tenido problemas con la caldera. Nos han solucionado todo muy rápido. Pero tuvimos que tener paciencia y no pudimos irnos a la hora que teníamos planeado por no poder bañarnos y no poder desayunar a horario.

Dairede hijyen genel olarak iyidi.Yataklar ve yastiklar rahatti.Salondaki koltugun yikanmasi gerekli.Daire kalabalik aileler veya arkadas gruplari için ideal.Market çok yakin.
Sadece minik bir cami katedrali görüyor.Dairenin konumu old town’da ama hava karardiktan sonra özellikle kalabalik degilseniz yürürken ürkebilirsiniz.

Nie wieder HappyFamily Apartments!
Die Lage war super, allerdings kann das Apartment auch nicht mit dem Taxi erreicht werden. Man muss also die Koffer über eine weitere Strecke tragen und auch ohne Fahrstuhl in den 3. Stock befördern.
Das Apartment war unaufgeräumt, einige Lampen funktionierten nicht und wir hatten Ungeziefer (wir vermuten Bettwanzen) in einem Zimmer, das unseren Sohn zahlreich in der Nacht gebissen hat und er starken Juckreiz entwickelt hat. Das hat den ganzen Urlaub erheblich negativ beeinträchtigt. Die Leitung wollte dann für ein anderes Apartment als Alternative sogar noch zusätzlich Geld von uns, was wir als eine Unverschämtheit bezeichnen.
