The stay was confortable, the whole spase was generos, and was good value for money.

The property was excelent. The single observation is that the washing mashine needs a sanitation.

Fantastic place to stay with the family!

This is one of the best flats we rented abroad. It is very big, the host is great and the flat had everything we needed. Rooms were big and there were a lot of traditional antic furniture and other items in the flat. There was an elevator so it was easy to bring in the suitcases. The flat had a balcony with a sea view. We liked the teacups as they were of a special design and intended for aristocrats))). The host left us some jams and breakfast items as a gift, which we liked a lot. The supermarket is near the flat. The flat is a walking distance from the train station (12 minutes walk) and a line of restaurants in the port (15 minutes walk).

One of the bedrooms was located on the main street so there was a lot of noise from the road. The flat did not have AC but there was a fan. In general during our stay the weather was not so hot but in August maybe the AC would be needed.

Not worth it

It was big enough for 8 people.

It wasn’t clean, it was very hot and hard to stay in. It’s near a principal street and it’s very loud the outside traffic. Also, the city doesn’t feels safe, and it’s dirty, with bad smell.

The apartment was BIG!!!! I was really surprised and kitchen was well equipped. It had 2 big bathrooms and one had a tub. Also there was a washer and 3 big rooms. the pictures do it no justice.

No AC but luckily the weather was in the 60s so it wasn’t too bad ( I like it freezing when sleeping) And since there was no A/C sleeping with the windows open you can hear everything. not a bother To us but if you’re a lite sleeper then something to think about.

It was a bit difficult to collect the keys, as we could not get in touch with the host for about an hour when we arrived.

Pearl in the middle of a dark place

Spacious and clean apartment with elevator.

Kitchen wasn’t well equipped! There was a problem with the water heater. It wasn’t easy to transport all our stuff (2 cars and 3 small children) from the Parking to the apartment. The area was dirty, loud and we didn’t feel secure to walk outside on the evening.

appartamento grandissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. parcheggio disponibile in box privato (quindi sicuro e vicinissimo all'appartamento). camere grandissime e comode. nella casa già ci è stato fornito tutto ciò di cui avremmo potuto aver bisogno (dal caffè alle pastiglie per la lavastoviglie). proprietari super gentili e disponibile. zona strategica a 100 metri dalla metro e a 3 fermate dall'acquario e dal centro.

La casa è molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort anche per i più piccoli. Ottima posizione per raggiungere l’acquario. I proprietari si sono dimostrati da subito cortesi e disponibili. Comodo i box vicino all’appartamento.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, appartement froid et aux équipements vétustes.

Grand appartement

Appartement non chauffé (difficile en décembre) et aucune indication pour mettre le chauffage. Literies et mobilier anciens (chaises) et usagés. Evier bouché dans la salle d’eau. Appareils ménagers obsolètes ou HS (lave vaisselle) et toute petite cafetière italienne inadaptée par rapport à la capacité du logement.
