Apartamento que superó ampliamente las expectativas, excelente ubicación, muy bien equipado, cómodo y limpio, éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy a gusto, el personal muy atento y disponible para lo que necesitáramos, sin duda para recomendar y volver !!!!

Sería ideal completar equipamiento con una tostadora eléctrica ,pero tampoco es esencial

It is conveniently located near public transportation stops, Genova Brignole Train Station, and Via XX Settembre. Equipped with only the essential household appliances and basic kitchenware.

Comunicarea dificila cu societatea care administreaza apartamentul; am transmis intrebari prin mail, direct si pe booking la care nu am primit raspuns. Nu ni s-a comunicat inainte de a ajunge la locatie modalitatea de a intra in posesia cheilor, agentul de contact si numarul de telefon al acestuia, desi am transmis cu o zi inainte ora sosirii. Comunicarea la numarul de telefon al agentiei dificila, prin robot iar cu consultantul care a raspuns destul de greoaie in limba engleza, am fost nevoiti sa apelam pentru aceasta la un localnic vorbitor de limba italiana. Desi din informatiile initiale postate pe site rezulta ca exista la parter o receptie cu program intre orele 08.00 - 20.00, aceasta nu exista. In apartament nu erau pungi pentru colectarea gunoiului si hartie igienica, pe care a trebuit sa le cumparam noi. Am resimtit lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde. Communication with the property management company proved to be difficult. Despite sending inquiries via email, directly through the platform, and via Booking.com, we did not receive any response. Prior to our arrival, we were not informed about the procedure for collecting the keys, nor were we provided with the contact person’s name or phone number, even though we had communicated our expected arrival time one day in advance. Attempts to contact the agency by phone were also challenging, as the call system was automated and the consultant who eventually answered had limited proficiency in English. We were compelled to seek assistance from a local Italian speaker in order to facilitate communication. Although the initial information provided on the website indicated the presence of a reception desk on the ground floor with operating hours from 08:00 to 20:00, such a facility was not available. The apartment lacked basic necessities such as garbage bags and toilet paper, which we had to purchase ourselves. Additionally, the absence of a microwave oven was noted.

Letitzia ne-a dat informatii utile privind accesul in apartament sau utilitatea acestuia. The apartment is located on the 9th floor in a central area, offering a panoramic view of the city of Genoa. Compared to our previous stay from October 5th to 8th, during we encountered difficulties, this time we were able to obtain the keys more smoothly. This time we were able to obtain the keys more easily from the local agent, Letitzia, after we contacted the company via WhatsApp using the provided phone number. Letitzia offered useful information regarding both access to and the functionality of the apartment.

In apartament nu au fost pungi de gunoi pentru colectarea acestuia, fiind iarasi nevoiti sa cumparam de la marketurile din apropiere. The apartment was not equipped with garbage bags for waste collection, and once again we had to purchase them from nearby supermarkets.
