the view itself was nice from the terrace. But obviously it's loud since it's located on the main road. We arrived late. But they were nice and Letizia was waiting for us, who gave us the keys.

The apartment itself, unfortunately, was not as clean as I expected, especially not in the bathroom. In exchange for the price and based on the internet photos. Equipment: it was missing to have a kettle, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. there is not a kitchen towel or kitchen paper in the kitchen. The eating utensil holder was full of some dust and there was not even a wooden spoon. Since you also clean apartments, I was completely shocked, right here in the Austrian Ski paradise. But I would never hand over an apartment like that. especially not for that much money. If more emphasis were placed on cleanliness and equipment, this would be a great little apartment. We were so lucky that we were out in the city all day and only came to the apartment to sleep. Parking, by the time we got there there was no free parking, even though this would be important for those arriving by car. So you have to calculate that you will probably pay for public parking on the street yourself. Extra cost. However, Genoa itself has very beautiful and interesting buildings in the area. Most of the sea is currently under construction. This makes it harder to approach.

We like the location and the size of the apartment.

My family and I had to wait 45 minutes on the street for someone to bring the keys. They asked me more that 4 times my arriving time. It was clear from the beginning. There were no sheets available for the sofa bed. We had to wait for someone to bring them. On the description of the apartment it said that there was a parking available with a reservation. I asked several times for the parking. No one had any idea of how to reserve the parking. They said that it was imposible to get the parking because there was only one. The showers were dirty. Honestly it was very expensive for the poor customer service.

There were stains/small holes on the wall and the floor was dirty. We had to clean the floor upon arrival. It had been vacuumed though. The sofa bed was dirty. The cooking pots/pans were burnt/scraped.

the energy was not working, you are not able to use more than one spot in the stove, when we turn on the oven all the energy went off in the apartment, and the facilities in the kitchen were not enough for cooking, that it was the added value of getting an apartment, and it was very very hard to cook…

il letto scomodissimo era un matrimoniale ma con due letti singoli uniti non uno, materasso non duro di più, abbiamo prenotato apposta una casa con cucina così da non dover ordinare ogni sera purtroppo il fornello ad induzione non funzionava e nonostante sia stato segnalato il problema non è stato fatto nulla se non venire a verificare se il problema ci fosse o meno, durante una giornata abbiamo ricevuto un controllo per degli estintori e non c’era stato comunicato, in più 0 accoglienza. per quello che abbiamo pagato non vale assolutamente la pena siamo molto scontenti le uniche cose positive erano la casa bella la posizione ottima e la bella vista niente di più.

Apartamento que superó ampliamente las expectativas, excelente ubicación, muy bien equipado, cómodo y limpio, éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy a gusto, el personal muy atento y disponible para lo que necesitáramos, sin duda para recomendar y volver !!!!

- Amplasarea apartamentului la etajul 9 in zona centrala, cu o vedere panoramica asupra orasului Genova, foarte aproape de statiile mijloacelor de transport in comun, Gara Genova Brignole si Via XX Septembre. - spre deosebire de sejurul anterior 05-08 octombrie, de aceasta data am intrat mai usor in posesia cheilor de la agentul local Letitzia, dupa ce noi am contactat pe whatsapp societatea la numarul de telefon comunicat. Letitzia ne-a dat informatii utile privind accesul in apartament sau utilitatea acestuia. The apartment is located on the 9th floor in a central area, offering a panoramic view of the city of Genoa. It is situated in close proximity to public transportation stops, Genova Brignole Train Station, and Via XX Settembre. Compared to our previous stay from October 5th to 8th, during we encountered difficulties, this time we were able to obtain the keys more smoothly. This time we were able to obtain the keys more easily from the local agent, Letitzia, after we contacted the company via WhatsApp using the provided phone number. Letitzia offered useful information regarding both access to and the functionality of the apartment.

It is conveniently located near public transportation stops, Genova Brignole Train Station, and Via XX Settembre. Equipped with only the essential household appliances and basic kitchenware.

Comunicarea dificila cu societatea care administreaza apartamentul; am transmis intrebari prin mail, direct si pe booking la care nu am primit raspuns. Nu ni s-a comunicat inainte de a ajunge la locatie modalitatea de a intra in posesia cheilor, agentul de contact si numarul de telefon al acestuia, desi am transmis cu o zi inainte ora sosirii. Comunicarea la numarul de telefon al agentiei dificila, prin robot iar cu consultantul care a raspuns destul de greoaie in limba engleza, am fost nevoiti sa apelam pentru aceasta la un localnic vorbitor de limba italiana. Desi din informatiile initiale postate pe site rezulta ca exista la parter o receptie cu program intre orele 08.00 - 20.00, aceasta nu exista. In apartament nu erau pungi pentru colectarea gunoiului si hartie igienica, pe care a trebuit sa le cumparam noi. Am resimtit lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde. Communication with the property management company proved to be difficult. Despite sending inquiries via email, directly through the platform, and via Booking.com, we did not receive any response. Prior to our arrival, we were not informed about the procedure for collecting the keys, nor were we provided with the contact person’s name or phone number, even though we had communicated our expected arrival time one day in advance. Attempts to contact the agency by phone were also challenging, as the call system was automated and the consultant who eventually answered had limited proficiency in English. We were compelled to seek assistance from a local Italian speaker in order to facilitate communication. Although the initial information provided on the website indicated the presence of a reception desk on the ground floor with operating hours from 08:00 to 20:00, such a facility was not available. The apartment lacked basic necessities such as garbage bags and toilet paper, which we had to purchase ourselves. Additionally, the absence of a microwave oven was noted.

Das beste ist die Terasse und der Blick über Genuas Dächer. Unkomplizierter Check in . Der Boden in der Wohnung ist ein bisschen schmutzempfindlich .Ab und zu wischen, dann geht es. Nah zum Bahnhof Brignole und in die Einkaufstrasse Via Septembre. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
