Perfect stay

Alexandra is a very helpful and charming host. Well organised and available when you needed her. We couldn't have asked for more. The appartment is clean, spacious, comfy and practical. We loved it and would definitely recommend to others.

Alexandra was a very nice host. We felt immediately comfortable. The location of the spacious apartment was perfect. There is a bar with good breakfast just downstairs of the location.

Amazing house, amazing host. Going Genova with a big group, stay there. House was spotless clean. We had everything we need, even towels for beach. Alexandria, the host was so helpful, even help us carry our luggage. She was so careful that As we have a baby crawling she even take her shoes off when entering house. Easy to reach, eagerly to help. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all new all comfortable. Kitchen was nice, there was everything you can need. Thank you

Modern facilities with a great location near the center of town and the beach. Alexandra, the host, was most helpful from the start, helping us to move in and pointing out nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

Unforgettable stay made extra special by our host

We had the most incredible experience staying at Casa Ideale in Genoa. For our family of five, the space was absolutely perfect—it felt like a luxury hotel with the comfort and convenience of being together in a spacious home. The three bathrooms and AC in every room were a game-changer, making our stay so comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly made our trip unforgettable, however, was our host, Alexandra. She is simply the most amazing and generous host we have ever met. She takes such personal care of the apartment and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She booked fantastic restaurants for us, and when she learned our daughter was unwell, she was genuinely concerned and offered to help get medicine. Her kindness and hospitality are second to none. The location is also fantastic, perfectly situated close to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and a bus station. We cannot recommend this property and Alexandra enough. It’s a five-star experience in every way, and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent and rare experience in the center of Genova

Exceptionally curated property with top not facilities and yet a very homely vibe. Bed is very comfortable and you can sink in for a high quality sleep. The apartment is large and also offers a lot of privacy and space (particularly if you travel with kids). The host is very gracious and a rare one who thinks from the point of view of what a guest would need. Simple things like milk, fruits and snacks make such a big difference esp for someone just coming into the apartment.

Not an inconvenience for us but the elevator requires a one floor climb up the stairs, which is a comfortable climb.

Nice and spacious apartment, super clean, had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The host is very friendly and communicative, ready to help anytime. The welcome gift (a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine) was much appreciated. Thank you, Alexandra!

Appartement magnifique ! Accueil parfait et très attentionné ! L’emplacement est parfait : proche de commerces, supers bon restaurants. Tout était ultra propre et la décoration de très bon goût. On y dort très bien. La meilleure expérience que j’ai jamais eue. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent ! Alexandra a été aux petits soins pour nous : très disponible, de très bons conseils et fort sympathique ! Un grand merci !

Fantastisch!

Allereerst Alexandra ze was geweldig, daarnaast was de accommodatie perfect, mooi ingericht, schoon en overal was aan gedacht. Genoeg handdoeken zelfs voor het strand, vers fruit, water, koffie en alle benodigdheden om te koken. We hadden 3! Badkamers ontzettend schoon, een wasmachine een balkon en parkeren in de buurt. Wel een aanrader Genua is lastig om te parkeren en de prijs die wij moesten betalen is minder dan op straat parkeren. Alexandra houd van wat ze doet en dat zie je terug in hoe ze voor haar appartement en gasten zorgt.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die die Wohnung wunderbar für uns vorbereitet hatte: mit Erfrischungsgetränken im Kühlschrank, Eiswürfeln, Kaffee und typisch regionalem Gebäck sowie Obst. Alexandra kam persönlich vorbei (nach Absprache), um sich von unserem Wohlergehen zu überzeugen, und brachte uns Kleinigkeiten, die wir uns noch gewünscht hatten. Die Wohnung überzeugte mit ihren drei (!) Badezimmern, ihrem Balkon und ihrem guten Schnitt, der sie sehr geeignet für sechs Personen machte. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, alles war neu und sehr sehr sauber. Die Tipps der Gastgeberin zu Lokalitäten gaben uns schnell das Gefühl, in diesem Viertel zu Hause zu sein. Die Erwähnung ihres Namens war wie ein "Sesam öffne dich" und garantierte uns überall überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit, exzellenten Service und faire Preise.

Casa IdeAle este un apartament cu trei dormitoare, trei bai și un living mare (plus bucătărie și dependințe), foarte bine și frumos mobilat, aflat pe piață din octombrie 2024. Este situat într-un imobil foarte frumos și este adecvat chiar și pentru două - trei cupluri sau pentru două cupluri cu copii. Totul este nou, de calitate și aranjat cu bun gust. Alexandra, gazda, este impecabilă și de mare ajutor.

Apartamentul este situat la etajul 4 și până la etajul 1 se urcă pe scări. Pentru persoanele în vârsta s-ar putea să fie puțin obositor, mai ales la sosire sau plecare

Bell’ appartamento, ben arredato, molto comodo per visitare Euroflora

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso, ben ristrutturato con tre camere e tre bagni, soggiorno e una cucina ben attrezzata. la host ha lasciato per gli ospiti bevande e frutta. La zona è vicina alla fiera, per fortuna c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare in un posto macchina pagando un sovraprezzo, dato che ci sono solo parcheggi a pagamento e di giorno tutti occupati. Host molto gentile.

Понравилось абсолютно все, лучшее расположение в Генуя, рядом много супермаркетов, ресторанов, кофеин, в 3 минутах ходьбы от моря, красивая набережная, до центра 5 минут, автобусная остановка напротив дома. Квартира очень красивая, есть все необходимое, идеальная чистота, кровати удобные, постельное белье отличного качества, кухня полностью оборудована. Хозяйка просто замечательная, очаровательная, милейшая, всегда на связи по любым вопросам. Спасибо большое
