JOIVY Chic apartments in Piazza Dante, Genoa

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the city centre and the metro station. There are beautiful buildings near the apartment. The bathroom is spacious and offers plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, and there is air conditioning and a TV in every room. The furniture is modern and in good condition. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and other useful amenities. There is an elevator in the building, and a 24-hour receptionist is available.

Not prepared for tourists or anyone arriving late. There was no sugar, water, or coffee in the apartment, which is not a big issue, but at this price level it would have been a nice touch. If you arrive after check-in, you have to go shopping because you cannot even make a single coffee. In summer, a complimentary bottle of water for guests would also be appreciated. Nobody is going to use the vacuum cleaner during a one-week stay, but many guests would like to put some sugar in their morning coffee. Because the apartment is located next to a main road, it is quite noisy. Weekend nights can generate additional noise, which may be disturbing. The bathroom is clean, but only soap and shampoo are provided. For example, there was no liquid hand soap in the dispenser, which was a bit strange. The cleaning was not perfect either. For example, a significant amount of dust could be seen under the sofa. Please note that an additional fee applies for arrivals after 19:00. A self-check-in solution, such as a key lockbox at the entrance, could be a great improvement for guests arriving late, making the check-in process more convenient and cost-effective.

The apartment was very well furnished with new appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning and tvs in each room.

Nothing really. It would have been helpful to provide a few coffee pods for the coffee machine as we were not familiar with the brand. Alternatively, provide a cafetière or Bioletti pot so we can make our own coffee. We just bought coffee from one of the nearby coffee shops each morning in the end. Also, laundry detergent so we don’t have to buy a whole box. Also, the Google maps link sent us to the wrong place. I’ve added a photo of the building for anyone in future who’s not sure.

Mauvaise insonorisation entre les deux logements (on entend très distinctement les autres locataires) et l’extérieur (boîte de nuit à côté du logement) Le ménage n’est pas fait en profondeur (canette des précédents locataires sous le lit, revers de la cuvette des toilettes sale, taches dans le frigo)

Загалом все сподобалось у помешканні. Дуже комфортна квартира у центрі Генуя. Гарна, світла, сучасна з усім необхідним обладнанням для життя.

Відсутність підковдр. Перед заселенням клініг міг би бути кращим. У ванній кімнаті волоссям був забитий умивальник погано проходила вода.
