Stunning view San Lorenzo Cathedral - 16th cent Rolli Palace - Private parking

Wunderschönes, großes und geräumiges Apartment in einem alten Gebäude mit dicken Mauern und hohen Räumen. Mitten im Zentrum, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Sehr positiv auch der inkludierte Parkplatz - ein fixer Stellplatz in einem wenige Fußminuten entfernten Parkhaus, sehr großzügig bemessen und in bester Lage direkt bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt. Bei der Ankunft hat uns der Besitzer bereits beim Eingang des Parkhauses erwartet und uns direkt hinein geführt und dann zur Wohnung begleitet. Er war sehr freundlich und gab uns dann noch jede Menge nützlicher Tipps zum Sightseeing und Essen. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber man bekommt sehr viel dafür!

Spacious apartment, comfortable mattress, well equipped kitchen, centrally located (about 150-200 yards) from the main square (Piazza Ferrari). Andrea helped us move our luggage from the parking to the apartment and back again.

Our host Andrea went above and beyond for us, we had a flat tire on the way here and Andrea came to us immediately and helped us sort the problem. He was also extremely helpful in recommending walking routes and restaurants as well as explaining to us the history of our apartment building. The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean, well-presented and had everything you could possible need from a stocked fridge to the washer/dryer and ironing board. The location was incredible with a view from the window onto Genoa’s historic Via San Lorenzo. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to Genoa and will most definitely be back. Wish we stayed longer!

We received a great welcome and practical instructions from our host Andrea. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spotlessy clean. The kitchen had beautiful tableware and excellent coffee, for example. Clothes maintenance was very easy. With the advice of the local guide, the visit went wonderfully. We will definitely come back here again!
