Moldy bathrooms with terrible smell we could not stay there.

The company handling this rental was able to switch us to another apartment in another neighborhood after we contacted them and explained the problem including to show proof with photographs. They were really fair with us and I am sure this was an exceptional situation that we were lucky they were able to solve. Thank you Wonderful Italy! The location of the apartment was a positive since old town is a fun place to be in general.

Both bathrooms had mold which was visible. The smell was extremely strong. In the morning time, the smell increased to a stench resembling cabbage gone bad. The smell entered into the bedrooms. Two of us had allergic reactions to the mold and this made sleeping almost impossible. Difficult for me to even recall the other good or bad aspects since this overwhelmed our experience negatively - we needed to get out after 2 nights no-matter-what. The owner really needs to maintain this apartment more properly before renting it out again.

For a short stay only

This unit is well located inside the Medieval City. However, at night, it is very noisy from people partying at the various café. If you close all the windows, it is not so bad, but since there is no AC, that is somewhat annoying after a long day of walking the city. The apartment is big with 2 bathrooms. However, one of them has a big useless tub that emanates a strong smell that was very present upon our arrival. Keeping all the windows open helps but not always ideal as mosquitos do get in. Our check-in was quick and easy. However, the 3 page contract is had to sign is unnecessary, in my opinion, since the furniture is not only old but dysfunctional. In my 20 or so reservations made on Booking.com, this was the first time I had to sign my life away.

Велика. Не погане розташування.

Все дуже старе та пошарпане. Квартира потребує ремонту. Пліснява в санвузлі. Багато комах які живуть як у себе вдома. Кондиціонери не працюють. Вентилятори старі і працюють погано.
