Just a place to sleep, don’t expect too much.

Somewhat big enough for 4 of us. Walking distance to bar/restaurants.

The floor was quite dirty that my socks turned black after walking on it. I was also afraid that the dust on the ceiling were to land on my face while I sleep. The power cord of the hair dryer was found separated from the hairdryer itself so we had no hair dryer to use.

Lage gut, Gegend fragwürdig, insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist an und für sich hervorragend, jedoch ist die Gegend etwas fragwürdig. In den umliegenden Gassen riecht es vermehrt nach Urin.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war ungenügend, sowohl der Boden, als auch die Küchengeräte waren recht schmutzig. In der Dusche war etwas Schimmel in den Fugen. Generell war das Klima in der Wohnung sehr muffig, Fenster ließen sich zwar öffnen, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, können diese jedoch nicht über Nacht geöffnet bleiben, es seie denn man möchte beim schlafen beobachtet werden. Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind sehr clever geschossen, darauf ist nämlich nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett handelt und zwei weitere schlafbereiche (durch einen einfachen Vorhang getrennt). Der eine Bereich hat drei Einzelbetten, der andere hat ein Wandbett, dieses befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. In anderen Bewertungen wurde das Bild von außen bemängelt, dieses ist aus der Eingangstür der Unterkunft heraus aufgenommen, auch das ist etwas ungünstig gelöst. Wenn man die Daten, die Booking ausspuckt direkt in Google Maps importiert, dann landet man bei einer ganz anderen Hausnummer. Zusätzlich waren einige Steckdosen locker.

Un incubo!

Solo la posizione, vicino al centro, all'acquario

Tutto orribile! Un incubo per e la mia famiglia! Casa sporca, sul soffitto c'erano degli animaletti, maleodorante, umida, fredda, cucina, posate, pentole, caffettiera, e bollitore sporchi, non li utilizzerei mai in quello stato! Lavatrice🤦materassi vecchi e sfondati🤦, arredamento anni 50, silenziosità pari allo zero si sente tutto da fuori, Una terribile esperienza, non la consiglierei.

La posizione

La pulizia assolutamente orribile, non mi è mai capitata una situazione così. Altra cosa, i vetri della doccia erano pericolanti e il phone mi è esploso tra le mani, facendo saltare la Corrente. Lo staff molto maleducato e non disponibile. Muffa ovunque e molta puzza; inoltre le lenzuola sporche e già utilizzate.

Pessimo alloggio e molto scortese il proprietario

Si tratta di un garage adibito ad appartamento. La camera da letto è piena di umidità, al punto da essere impossibile dormire lì dentro, soprattutto per una persona con problemi respiratori. Alla consegna ci viene detto che il riscaldamento è gestito da remoto, ma, arrivando di sera, la casa era molto fredda, all’interno c’erano 16 gradi e i termosifoni spenti. Provo a chiamare: nessuna risposta. Dopo qualche tentativo, sempre senza risposta, mi risponde il titolare con tono molto infastidito, dicendo che avevo fatto troppe telefonate e lo avevo disturbato! In ogni caso a lui risultava che funzionassero. Non mi era mai capitato di essere trattata in questo modo. Dopo vari tentativi, scopriamo noi da soli che la caldaia era impostata solo su acqua calda, quindi i termosifoni erano proprio spenti! Inoltre l’appartamento è del tutto sulla strada, sembra di essere fuori. Una finestra rotta. La fornitura della cucina del tutto insoddisfacente. La peggiore struttura in cui io abbia mai alloggiato. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

-non ci sono 3 stanze , ma un unico grande ambiente diviso da tende e 1 sola stanza, -pulizia della struttura scadente, -prese della corrente a vista, -ambiente umido e ammuffito

Comodissimo economico

Vicino al Acquario a 8 minuti a piedi più al centro storico, la disponibilità di Lorenzo chi ci a consegnato la chiave anche io sbagliato l’ora di ritiro, grazie Lorenzo😀 Purtroppo non accessibile con la macchina per l’ingresso del ZTL ma può lasciare al parcheggio sotto il ponte a pagamento
