THE WORST STAY OUT OF HUGE EXPENSE

Nothing! Completely bad

We were charged extra money for the late check in, which has never been mentioned before. The check in time on Booking is 15.00-00.00. But property manager charged us for check in at 22. We already agreed, because we didn’t have any other options to sleep. When we arrived to the property, the manager was not polite from the very begging: 1. Started teach me how I have to speak with him 2. Did not accept 5 cent coins while paying city tax. 3. Was denying request to show the official registration of the company and the bank account which he ask us to pay the fraud : late check in fee. 4. Was denying the request to show which terms and conditions are explaining this late check in rule 5. Was very rude and use a lot of bad words in Italian, which we could understand 6. The next day the property send the invoice on the different name than in Booking, specially using other person name to make the complaint more difficult for us. Moreover the invoice was in Russian, knowing the fact that I am Ukrainian The room itself is very small, we didn’t have enough pillows. One of the door was not working, so the other room didn’t have full privacy. Location close to the Principe station in very dirty and dangerous neighbourhood

Worst experience because of the lack of transparency and understanding of the owner.

Good location

In the date of the arrival we have been contacted by the owner which requested us to tell him at what hour we’ll arrive. He told us that we need to pay a surcharge of 20€ for late check-in but it wasn’t specified anything about the tax or about the late check-in anywhere. After several messages with screenshots, a colleague of him admit it that it wasn’t written because of a mistake of Google Translation but we still had to pay the tax and we didn’t receive any receipt. Before the arrival, when our train was delayed due to flood, we had to stay for several hours in the train station and when we have talked to him and explained him that we will probably arrive after the midnight, he told us that we can’t make the check-in after the midnight. He didn’t want to wait for us even it was about a delay of 15 minutes. We had to talk to his collegue again and we manage it to meet him and receive the key. The apartament was ok-ish but the bedroom didn’t had windows and the doors had problems.

Close to cruise port and train station.The host was very kind

The double bed in the living room is moving and creaking. The door between the rooms is banging. Some dishes was moldy. The water kettle does not work. There is no coffee machine. The boiler was not turned on and we had to call a technician because you are not allowed to turn it on yourself.We waited a long time for hot water

The house is very big and comfy. The location is excellent, near everything. The owner is so helpful and thoughtful,he even came at midnight to give us the keys. We were very satisfied.

Experiencia traumática, decepcionante

No me gusto nada. Han cobrado sin ofrecer servicio

FATAL EXPERIENCIA. No ha venido el amfitrion a entregar las llaves. La experiencia ha sido absolutamente inaceptable. Booking.com permitió que un anfitrión incumpliera un acuerdo de check-in previamente aceptado y pagado, dejando a una familia con tres niños pequeños (2, 9 y 12 años) sin alojamiento a las 00:30 de la madrugada, a más de 2.000 km de su domicilio. Lo más grave no fue solo la actuación del anfitrión, sino la total falta de reacción, apoyo y solución inmediata por parte de Booking.com, que como plataforma intermediaria eludió su responsabilidad, abandonando literalmente a unos menores en plena noche. Esta situación demuestra una alarmante falta de control, humanidad y responsabilidad. Booking.com no puede presentarse como una plataforma segura cuando, ante una emergencia real con niños implicados, no garantiza alojamiento ni asistencia efectiva. Experiencia traumática, decepcionante y totalmente impropia de una empresa de esta magnitud. No volveremos a confiar en Booking.com si no revisa profundamente sus protocolos y responsabilidades.

Nonostante avessimo comunicato in anticipo l’orario di arrivo, sia tramite messaggi che telefonicamente, siamo stati costretti ad aspettare a lungo per il check-in, . A peggiorare ulteriormente l'esperienza, il comportamento del proprietario è stato scortese e poco collaborativo. Inoltre, l’appartamento si è rivelato in condizioni inaccettabili e molto diverse da quanto mostrato nell’annuncio. Di seguito elenco i principali problemi riscontrati, supportati da documentazione fotografica: Presenza diffusa di muffa sui muri (visibile vicino a finestre e angoli delle pareti). Sporcizia evidente in diverse aree, inclusi i muri e l’angolo lavanderia. Divano letto strappato e danneggiato, non idoneo all’uso. Una porta scorrevole incastrata e inutilizzabile. Crepe nei muri che fanno pensare a scarsa manutenzione. Aria condizionata estremamente debole, insufficiente a raffrescare l’ambiente, con temperature elevate. Il bagno è privo di finestra e con sistema di ventilazione non funzionante, con conseguente odore di umidità e aria stagnante. Tutto ciò ha avuto un impatto negativo sul nostro soggiorno, rendendolo molto scomodo e stressante. Le condizioni dell'appartamento, oltre ad essere non conformi alla descrizione, possono anche rappresentare un rischio per la salute (soprattutto la muffa). La presenza di lucertole nel bagno della struttura, circostanza che ha creato disagio e difficoltà nell’utilizzo del servizio."

Soggiorno piacevole in zona abbastanza servita e vicina alla metro,treni e stazione principale.

L appartamento abbastanza spazioso per sei persone e in una posizione strategica .

Migliorerei le pulizie profonde e la cura dell'appartamento per quanto riguarda gli arredi, un appendi abiti all'ingresso e un armadietto in più potrebbero cambiare il confort degli ospiti.

Esperaba algo mejor.

El anfitrion, Lorenzo se estuvo comunicando conmigo via whatsaap para confirmar mi hora de llegada. El me esperó unos 15 minutos más de la hora acordada para entregarme la llave ya que nos perdimos. Valoro ese gesto. Me dio buenas instrucciones de uso de la cocina, llaves, etc. Tiene ascensor para subir tus maletas. Cocina equipada. Suficientes toallas y jabón.

El lugar tenía polvo. A todos nos dio alergia. Las camas muy incómodas, las literas sonaban cada vez que se movian mis hijos que dormian alli y la escalera para subir a la cama superior era terrible (los barrotes lastiman los pies) La calle muy ruidosa, cada media hora o menos pasa una ambulancia a todo horario. Las sillas del comedor también incómodas. El aire acondicionado no refrescaba aunque esto no lo reportamos a Lorenzo ya que fueron solo dos noches.
