The apartment is very nice, location is also good.
The location and cleanliness.
The host was very annoying, checking on us every day with the video call. It was surprisingly uncomfortable for us. Also we have to speak with some tax expert, because our host made a mistake in tax documents, which were provided to the municipality.

Great accommodation in Genova
Big clean apartment, amazing beds, a lot of natural light, all the facilities included. A downside would be that after the booking was made, we received a list of unusual requirements comparing to all other accommodations such as: - a lot of paperwork to fill with all our personal data which took 20min at least to fill in - requirements regarding the garbage with a fee if not collected , etc. Overall, we had a pleasant stay because the apartament was impeccable.

Overall it was not bad as mostly we were not out in late hours.
It was spacious with nice design and kid-friendly.
The location was not good - the area was full of prostitutes in the narrow streets and stench there.

The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was easy to collect the keys. The location is good as it is in the city center close to all the major attractions.
Unfortunately the Genoa city center is quite dirty

Un séjour très agréable bien situé au cœur de Gênes
J’ai adoré l’emplacement de l’appartement, en plein centre de Gênes — tout est accessible à pied ! L’appartement était très propre et le check-in s’est déroulé facilement et sans souci.L’hôte a été très gentil et compréhensif lorsque nous avons eu un petit problème pour rendre les clés.Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet endroit !
l’ascenseur est tombé en panne le jour de notre départ, ce qui a rendu la descente des escaliers avec de grosses valises et des enfants un peu difficile de 4eme etage.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, bien aménagé, lumineux (ce qui est rare à Gênes !). Les lits sont confortables. Je vous le recommande !
