Czyste i nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wygodne łóżka, piękna antresola, duża łazienka. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażoną. W budynku winda. Wszystko czyste i nowoczesne. Bdb kontakt z przemiłą właścicielką. Cicha okolica.
Dość głośno działająca klimatyzacja nie dawała rady w upałach, ale właściciel wstawił dodatkowe dwa wiatraki, co zdecydowanie łagodziło temperaturę, ale też dawało spory hałas, jeśli komuś to przeszkadza. Co do lokalizacji nie mam zdania - rzeczywiście niektóre ulice mogą budzić zdziwienie czy dyskomfort, ale nie spotkały nas żadne nieprzyjemne sytuacje.

Decoration, space, well maintained, well located.
Under dimensioned air-conditioning couldn't bring the room temperature below 27 degrees. The upper bed was even worse.
There is no parking in the property. Difficult to bring luggage in/out.

Le finiture e gli arredi seguono uno stile moderno di alto standing. Per esempio, il parquet è un vero parquet e non un semplice linoleum.
Molto ben collegato con le linee di trasporto pubblico, e con l'Acquario a 5 minuti a piedi.
La sera dopo la chiusura dei negozi il quartiere sembra poco raccomandabile (anche se personalmente non ci è accaduto nulla), ricorda alcune canzoni di Fabrizio De André.

The localisation is good if you want to visit Genova and it is typical in the little street, the flat is clean and easy to find. There is a lot of stores close. The process of arrival is clear
The main issues with this flat are that, despite stating on the website that it as multiple services available, there is no spa, relaxation zone, no reception, no luggage storage and not every room as an AC installed, it’s stated on the website but there is no way to know if you will have AC before arriving at the flat.
